Poor cleaning and terrible customer service. Do not recommend. There's a reason they are available right away. Cleaning companies with excellent service are booked weeks in advance. Not this one. I could barely tell my house was cleaned when I walked in.

They even asked me to leave a 5-star review before I got home to see my "clean" home.

I have used this service for almost 2 years. The staff is always professional and very courteous. They go out of their way to ensure you are pleased with their service. The owner is always training her staff to make sure their work is exceptional. Any request that you ask of them they will do within reason. I have referred them to a couple of people!

Amparo is a great company. There was a mistake where I thought the cleaners took some things tht didn’t belong to them from my home, I was very upset. But after renovating my bathroom I came across the things that were missing. Seeems they put them in a container I never saw. I want to apologize sincerely for accusing the cleaners of taking my items. They are hard workers and one of the best cleaners I ever found. Please forgive me for my mistakes and accept my genuine apologies.

I was in charge of hosting a Christmas party last year, and the cleaning company that I would normally hire didn't show up. So a friend recommended this company and I must say I was very impressed with their work. They were very efficient, and also affordable.
