SAY ABSOLUTELY NO for this cleaners...ZERO STARS
I have never provided any bad reviews till now. BUT, this time I have to, just save people like me from getting their time wasted with this service provider.
The worst experience I had with this provider is they rescheduled my appointment 3 times coming up with the new story every time. After rescheduling they final agreed for March 9th, 2023 1pm. They didn't show up for cleaning until 2.30pm. Meanwhile when I messaged them they keep on telling that they are getting late and they can cancel the appointment. I have never seen such a worst service provider who would not value others time and being so rude by talking about cancellation after wasting my time for almost a week.

It was a pleasant experience, had everything cleaned to my standards. This service provided quality care and showed how professionally they handled my furniture. I will continue to request them in the future.

Never use this company again, I was fooled by the “5 star reviews” the company is very responsive when booking a service. I tried to book a standard clean and was told “you need to do a deep cleaning” for the first time. I told the person I was talking to via text it wasn’t necessary as I just wanted to focus on certain things in my dwelling. First of all, I communicated and told the person via text several times I wanted to do a walk-through after the ladies were done cleaning my place and because I had left my door unlocked!!! The person told me to be by my place by 6pm I was pulling up to my place at 5:55pm. I was greeted with a mountain of trash in the front of my place and all of my windows and blinds open for the entire state of Texas to see inside. I did a walk through on my own and found SEVERAL items missing!! I called and called no one answered. I continued my walk through and I’ll let the pictures speak for itself. After trying to get in contact with management I was told “no one can call me because they aren’t in the office” no does that make any sense? You need a phone to call a customer?? Today is going on day 3 I have not heard from this establishment, I have reached out only to be replied to rudely by some “secretary” via text. Do not let these reviews fool you. This place is a complete scam. Also to add insult to injury the cleaning crew picked up pillows from my dogs bed and put it on my bed! Pillows from the floor on a dog bed was placed on my bed where I sleep! Unbelievable.

Elda & Neily were exceptional in cleaning our house! They welcomed communication and did everything in good time-I'm just Wowed because other cleaners that I have had did not pay attention to details like these ladies did. They did the Detail Cleaning service. I appreciate Amparo's Cleaning Services and looking forward to more of their work.

Whenever a company has 5 or close to five I am immediately a little skeptical because it’s probably too good to be true but these girls are awesome! Elda is so sweet and they are all so respectful and efficient. There is no job that is too big for these girls. They communicate well and I am 100% at peace when they come over to clean. They do a diligent job with amazing speed. 10/10 recommend- my house sparkles after every time the come!!

I hardly ever leave any reviews but I believe this company has earned it. I've been hiring them for a little over a year to clean my apartment and every time they come they do an amazing job. They are always on time and their work is splendid.

I have never used a cleaning company before but I got a new home and it needed a good clean before I brought my children in there. The cleaners came and got right to work and cleaned things that we didn’t even know were dirty lol. The house looked phenomenal and smelled very nice. If you ever need a deep clean you know where to go.

They were thorough, professional and provided customer service. Would definitely use them again when it’s time to move in our new tenants! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Amparo and Irma are the best! They showed up on time (squeezed me in last minute), took the time to listen to my asks, and did a fantastic job deep cleaning my house. We just moved in (not fully furnished) and while the place was relatively clean and tidy - it was dusty and lacked the thoroughness I wanted to feel comfortable with my 11 months old baby crawling every inch of the home. The ladies were so detailed, they dusted the fans (many tall fans!), they cleaned the kitchen appliances, mopped the floors, replaced the trash bags - and even broke down cardboard boxes from my furniture delivery. Most importantly, they were wonderful working around my baby - they prioritized the nursery knowing that nap time was just around the corner. I will definitely have Amparo and Irma back for regular cleaning.

Amparo's cleaning services was reffer to us by friend who their home was clean. We can say the job they did last week on the home we have for rent was amazing. We Will keep using their services. Thankyou Elah for the awesome work your team did.

Amparo’s was very responsive from the get-go. Their quality of work was impressive and the team she sent to my house, Irma and Neily, was punctual, friendly, and hardworking. They were nice to my dog too, and that goes a long way with me! My house looks and smells wonderful! I plan to continue doing business with Amparo’s in the future. Thank you for great service!

Professional and dependable service.

The staff did an outstanding job with our tile floor. The grout had been neglected as far as cleaning, but the staff did an amazing job bringing it back to life!
I will be using this company again if the need arises, and most definitely highly recommend Amparo's Cleaning Services to others.

They were easy to work with and very professional. Their team of Leah and Neily were early, polite and professional. They never stopped cleaning the entire time they were there and did a very thorough job. I was very impressed with their work ethic and quality. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

Cleaned really well the first couple of times I patronized them, but as u can see from the pictures the quality has reduced due to the fact that they have hired new cleaners that seem to not have training in what a deep clean actually entails.

I hired them a few weeks ago to deal with our very messy house. I have 3 children, one a little baby and the other 2 have special needs and are very messy and destructive and it's been so hard to keep things organized since we moved to this new house. Amparo was a godsend and totally helped me organize and clean my house to make it functional. I am now able to keep up with everything so much better lately just because of how she did everything. She was amazing and worked so hard to cover so much ground...I definitely would recommend her and will be hiring her back.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! Truly the best we’ve had so far out of trying out multiple cleaning services in the Houston, Missouri city area. They did not leave one spot untouched! They were kind, courteous and prompt to meet our cleaning specifications. We will definitely continue this service and refer them to our friends and family.

Excellent service, very professional

On time very professional glad I switched to this company didn't know previous custodians were not doing job correctly until I hired mayhem. Now I feel that it is clean and sanitized.
