I’ve been with this company for over 3 years This company does not like to accept constructive criticisms.My last cleaning the bed was not made properly ,there where stains left on the toilet roll designs and on one of the toilets it was not cleaned properly I have added pictures of the issues. The workers corrected the problem so I didn’t report it to Katrina (owner). A few days later I received a disturbing text stating that her employee’s felt uncomfortable cleaning my home. It left me baffled because I didn’t address them in a malicious way in fact I was nice about my complaints. That lead me to believe the situations was not explained conpletely or truthful.The employees probably assumed I was going to report the situation and decided to give there untruthful versions.Im glad I took pictures but I didn’t take a picture of the bed.I tried calling Katrina after I received her text message. She did not answer or return my phone call.That is not professional and that’s not how you address a situation. I would not recommend this company unless you’re ok with not correcting their cleaning service.

I’ve been working with them for 4 years now. Twice a month I get the regular cleaning for my house and twice a year the deep cleaning. Always professional and on time. Very detailed. They also do my pantry and some closets. 100% recommended!

Trina, frankly, got the job because she answered the phone. When I called she was the only one who answered the phone.
But I’m so thankful she did. I ordered a house cleaning for my girlfriend for Christmas, and I came home today to a very happy lady. Trina did a great job. The house is spotless. She even does this thing with the toilet paper that my girl absolutely loved.
