Had 3 bedrooms, game room and a set of stairs cleaned (needed badly!!).
Upfront Home Services did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous during the entire process.

I had a great experience with Ralph and Upfront Home Service. I had two rooms of carpet cleaned, and Ralph did an amazing job—my carpets look so much better. He was very nice, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The price was really not bad at all, very affordable for the quality of work. I will definitely be using them again for future carpet cleanings and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

Louis did a superb job! The house smells lemony fresh, and the floors look fabulous. I’m so thrilled! I didn’t have to do any of the moving of furniture myself. He did it all. Awesome service. He did both the carpets and the tile floors.Gorgeous.

My technician Jeffrey was on time and super friendly and courteous. Took his time to walk through the areas we wanted clean and listened to our concerns for certain areas. I had a great experience with getting my carpets stretched by Rory at UpFront Home Services
I began by texting them and Joseph responded within a few minutes. We ended up chatting on the phone because I had quite a few questions and concerns about the process.
Joseph answered all of my questions and I scheduled the service.
Rory arrived at got to work. I was surprised that carpets can be stretched without moving all of the furniture out of the room. Although we did move all of the smaller things like chairs out.
I was quite pleased with how the two rooms look now. Ideally, we should get the carpets cleaned at some point, but stretching made a big difference. I'd definitely recommend UpFront or this service.

The appointment was quick (under an hour including setup and breakdown), and the carpet looked great afterward. The service was great and technician was very polite and friendly. I appreciate that Sunday appointments are available. I would recommend and use this company again.

Raul with UPFRONT home services did a great job. My carpets look amazing. They were dusty and slight matted and now they are fresh and clean. He was professional and friendly and explained the entire process. I would definitely hire them again

Elijah Williams Was the technician who Provided the cleaning service services. Very professional and humble person. Know his job inside out and was quick and efficient with the task. Does his job with tension to detail.
Upfront company is bit price but i totally understand why, with the kind of professional services they provide i guess i will say they have a right to charge as well.

Travis was prompt, respectful and immediately began cleaning the upholstery. He was inventive in determining how to move the couch and fireplace off the living room rug. It was perfect, took little time and the rug was rolled and put a side. The bedroom carpet was not an easy task. We brainstormed several ways to disconnect the mattress without success. I called Sleep Number, talked to a representative who immediately emailed the instructions. I have printed all 35 pages and hopefully I’ll have the answer on disconnect and reconnect tomorrow when two other representatives will be here to complete the job. All in all a job well done. We had our house carpets restretched (five bedrooms, media room, game room, master closets, upstairs foyer, and two halls) by UpFront Home Services. Some of the wrinkles were so bad that we really thought we were going to have to replace our carpet which would have been upwards of $13k to $15k. Daniel, Rory, and Luis worked miracles and did a professional, first class job. We originally had a couple of issues but Daniel and his Team worked with us and were able to resolve those quickly. I am 110% satisfied with the work they performed and how our carpets look now. And to top that off, they offer a lifetime warranty on any restricting in the future. Thank you so much UpFront Home Services for a job well done!

The company came out to clean two rooms of carpet that had some stains. After they finished job, the carpet looked good. A day or two later, the stains resurfaced. I called them up and explained what happened. They were very polite and said they would send somebody back out to reclean it at no charge. It was a very easy process. They were extremely helpful.

Both the original and second carpet cleaner gentleman were exceptionally polite and professional.

Upfront Home Services is fantastic to work with! We have used their carpet cleaning services twice in the past year and have had incredible results and speedy service both times. I even called their office after a pet accident on a Sunday and they answered my call and helped me get scheduled for the very next morning. Our carpet is looking fresh and spotless. The technician, Travis, was on time and very friendly. We will be using Upfront again in the future should the need arise.

We definitely recommend this company. They communicate very well and they are flexible if you have to reschedule an appointment like in my case. Our technician ( Elijah ) showed up early within the time-frame that I chose. He was very professional and did an excellent job in our humble opinion. I’m not sharing any before pics here but it was pretty bad tbh! We shamefully hadn’t had the carpet steamed cleaned since we moved into this rental home & we have been here about 5 years. So it was my procrastination but happy to finally get something done! The before and After is quite a contrast!!!! We are thrilled with how good the staircase carpet came out as well as the living room.We definitely plan on using UpFront Home Services again eventually and sooner than later because we need the second floor of the house done (Family room, upstairs hallway & 3 bedrooms) all have carpet. Pricing was fair & Customer Service was Awesome! Ralph was outstanding! Amazing communication from start to finish. Educated me about my rug and did a fantastic job! Hands down will continue to use the services. Photos don’t do it justice, 2 rooms, stairs and area rug.
