Damaged my hardwood floors and have been calling daily for 2 weeks asking for a return call from Mike the owner. I also tried emailing him twice and still no response at all. The carpet cleaning service provided was not good either and now I have several stairs damaged from the technician dragging the carpet machine over them and unable to get any response or call back. So $300 dollars for a bad carpet cleaning and likely another $300 dollars to fix my floors. Scam company, don't waste your time. Other reviews are likely fake.

We had a strange issue with our dryer not getting hot. Dryer Bull LLC in Katy did a dryer vent cleaning and discovered a colony of Rasberry crazy ants had taken up residence in the warm dryer duct. Their bodies were literally clogging the louvered exit which made it a HUGE fire hazard. The technician was very professional and cleared out the biological clog and even took the time to educate me on how the ants are attracted to the electrical warmth of the dryer.

I have zero complaints about these guys because they did such an incredible job today.
