These folks are very honest, courteous, and answered all of my questions. They were prompt, professional, and really did a GREAT job on my carpets! Their prices are really reasonable, and they did not try to upcharge me on anything! They even showed me how to prevent future carpet problems!!

Very good job. Medium pricing. I called about 5 cleaners and these guys were straight forward with the process that they use and did not try to overcharge me or upsell me on anything. The Scotchgard was included for a very minimal cost.

The technician was fifteen minutes late and didn’t finished the job until an hour after my appointment window. He was too talkative and didn’t respect my time. He didn’t start the job until after he had been at the property for 45 minutes. The carpets came out good but I may have paid the extra $50 to go with another carpet cleaning company.

Pat was SO amazing! He went above and beyond our expectations and was very pet friendly to our puppy! He works super hard and has a such a professional and friendly demeanor. Our carpets look great and I will most definitely be a customer for life! You rock, Pat!
