lousy people, the worker vandalized my car, the company refused to pay for my tires

Sales staff was persistent on me getting a product I didn't want. They said they'd help me, I have not heard back from them.

I had them install flooring.. There were gaps all over and there response to the problem was to fill the huge gaps with caulking.. when u expressed I wasn’t happy they threatened to put a lean on my home unless I paid.. worst company ever

Can't believe this store is still in business. The carpet layer was the worse. Had my house carpeted and a few years later every room needs to be re-stretched. Ripples everywhere. I made a complaint when it was laid but management sent the same guy out to address it. I told them it wasn't right.

Steve Derenick and his friend showed up at our house. They didn't take long to do what they had to do; they even took out two of the most stubborn stains we had ever seen. Turned out they were varnish. The carpets looked unbelievable. We both wish we had had this crew to do our carpets here in Sulphur, LA!!! Five stars plus.

First time using this company. Chris was great, communicated throughout the process including his arrival time. I will use them again and would recommend them.

After being stood up the previous week, we received sub-par service. The technician that came out was less then professional. His shoes were undone, and he had a large wad of chewing tobacco stuffed in his cheek. We hadn't noticed that at first, but when he proceeded to start on our floors for the pre-treatment process, he began to drool as he talked to us. And as he waited for the pre-treatment to set in, he took the time stop and show us pictures of his burnt foot, and the kind of dogs he wanted. It was only then when he noticed he had a bit of drool hanging out that he wiped himself clean and spat into an empty water bottle.
At one point, he nearly lost the wad while talking to one our exterminators that had inquired to how much longer was he going to take to finish the job. Thankfully he quickly recover himself, but not before everyone here had seen. That is completely unacceptable and gross! No one should be smoking nor chewing tobacco while making a service call. It is unprofessional, and disgusting to watch when you are attempting to instruct, give direction, or asking questions of the vendor. Do it on your own time, and not while on a call. Once all was said and done, the floor was okay for the most part. We understand all stains can't come out, but we never plan to use this company again.

I have used this company for many years and they have done my mother's home as well. They can get out stains that I didn't think would come out. My mother loves them and will only use their service as they do excellent work.

The Texas Steam Team came out to my place and did a water extraction. They came out on short notice and were fair about pricing. They were very friendly. I would recommend this company!!!
