This company is very professional and does superior work at a reasonable price. They really know how to handle tough jobs! I have Berber carpet and it's quite old and light cream colored. It's tough to get it looking good. They are on time, fast (but not sloppy), and have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and to anyone thinking of using them.

I called Camelot Carpet Cleaning to schedule a carpet cleaning as well as a tile and grout cleaning job at my property in Cypress. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job cleaning the carpet and tile. The floors now look like new!

I called Camelot Carpet Cleaning, Inc. last week to schedule an appointment and get an estimate. I was happy with the estimate, so I scheduled an appointment. I was able to get an appointment within just a couple of days. The technician arrived right on time and was very courteous and professional. I work from home, and he was very respectful of my work while he went about his. The carpet looks and smells great! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again, when the need arises.

So bad experience- He showed up and wasted my full day, agreed on weekly maintenance and pool acid washing, and asked for money upfront. I didn't pay for sure, and he said he will come the next day- never showed up and never responded to my messages and calls after almost a week of attempts.. I am so blessed to discover him at this early stage- Not recommended.

Mr. Sean and team did an excellent job on our pool. From the start till the end, he kept us updated on every move of the process. I would recommend using them if you are looking for a reliable pool. The finished product was amazing and well worth the money. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I don't know if the reviewers are saying truth about this pool service company. I will write about my experience, which was horrible.

After looking at the Google reviews and his availability on a weekend, I called Sean to help me with the Algae issue with my pool. The pool still had clear water but with traces of Algae.

Sean comes in on Sunday evening and quotes $250 for fixing algae, $150 for cleaning filter and $100 for fixing the air bubbles in jets. The total came around $540 taxes included. The money was paid upfront.

The service was scheduled for Tuesday at 11 am. My parents volunteered to be at home and nobody shows up all day. I came back in the evening and call Sean and asked him to return the money as no services were offered. Sean said he will offer me a free month and will come in early morning next day.

Second day the pool maintenance guys show up when I am not at home and supposedly did some work (according to my parents who volunteered to keep an eye). When I returned in the evening the water level was 6" down. I called Sean and said that the pumps are not working, the water quality is bad and level is dropping and when asked to start or demonstrate the pool pump, he said that it will start later and left. Sean said he will show up early morning of the next day.

Third day, Sean shows up when I am not at home but my father was again available. Sean says that the motor is burnt up and will cost another $500 plus for replacement. The pool pump was working great throughout before the service started and even during the service. My father said that the maintenance guy screwed it up.

How is this great service? When components failed during their service and we were not even using the pool.

I asked Sean to return the payment in part as he couldn't demonstrate the algae removal and the water jet bubbling fix. Sean rejected and didn't care to talk further or give any suggestions.

A week later, Sean offered to either fix the issue or return the money. After saying that he would come and fix the issue on May 28, he doesn't show up till May 31st. When I asked him to return the money instead, he asked me to delete the review (pic attached) and when I rejected, he used "F" word over the phone. Neither he fixed the issue nor he returned the money.

This is a phony pool service company.

Had a juice spill that dried sticky. The cleaning service handled it quickly and removed all residue. The carpet looks clean and feels smooth again.

I accidentally left my ice cream on the car seat and it melted everywhere. The smell was unbearable and the seat was sticky. The cleaning team used steam cleaning and removed every trace. The car now feels fresh and soft. Huge thanks for saving my car from disaster!

I don’t have any issue with their cleaning. The cleaning crew did an awesome job. However, please be super careful with how they charge you.

I asked for the deep cleaning service, garage and yard excluded. Apparently, if you live in a 3000 sqf house with 1500 sqf yard, they will charge you the rate for 3000 sqf even if they only cleaned half of it. The lady on the phone specifically confirmed with me this is how they charge all their services.

I strongly recommend you using their service if you don’t have a yard and garage.

I hired Sunny Cleaning Pro for carpet cleaning services. They come in with a team of couple people to sanitize the floor, shampoo the carpet, and then thoroughly deep clean the area. They were very professional, came in on time and very polite. I was extremely happy with the service pricing from Sunny Cleaning Pro. They did a perfect job. My whole house smell good and refreshing.
