My brother referred me to Better Than Ever Carpet , and we are more than pleased with the results, my carpet really is better than clean! I have four large dogs and my carpet really needed a good clean. I will definitely continue to use their carpet cleaning services. When they arrived they used shoe protectors, they were professional and courteous. They are professional, family owned, and local (Katy Texas and surrounding areas). Thank you Making our carpets look like new again!

From the moment I called , Bryan was super helpful and polite. He scheduled a move -in clean within a day for us even coming in two hours ahead of the the original appointment. All so I could make it in time for school pickup. Juve took great care in explaining their steps and we had a great personal conversation.
The pair did and excellent job and my carpets look Better than Ever. I will most definitely recommend and use their services in the future and I wish the both of them much success.

Update to include hardwood cleaning! After such a good result from the carpet and tile cleaning we had Juve and his team come back for the hardwood floor deep clean. We recently moved into this home and the hardwood floors were streaky from poorly applied polish. I tried cleaning it off myself, but it was such a labor intensive job as layers and layers of waxy polish kept coming up. We enlisted Better Than Ever Carpet Care to give the floors a deep clean so we could have a fresh start. The results speak for themselves! The floors now have a uniform natural shine and I can mop without creating a sticky residue. Pictures show the before and after of my kitchen nook as well as the during and after of my living room.

We had Juve and Bryan clean the carpet and tile in our new rental home. We called on Saturday and they were able to come out on Monday. They did an excellent job getting the floors clean and livable! I’m so glad we scheduled with Better Than Ever Carpet Care.

Juve and Brian were absolute professionals. They did what they said they would do. We had 4 floors of carpet needing to be cleaned and some bad seams in the Berber to be repaired. The repairs look great. Also, they cleaned up stains others said were permanent. Definitely recommend them. And price was good too!

Juve and his son did an amazing job! Hired them to re-stretch the carpet in my entire house since there was a lot of lumps around common areas. They arrived on time and went straight to work which I appreciate it. I also appreciate that Juve talks to you while they are working in your house. There is nothing worst than having to hire someone and you feel uncomfortable with their presence so I felt comfortable around them. Once they started, they took their time to address every single room, closet, stair, and hallway to make sure that we don’t have any issues in the future. Once the carpet was fixed, they finished the job by cleaning the entire house and making sure that everything was completed to a high level standard. I will continue to use Juve and his team for future cleanings and will recommend anyone to hire this company.

There were so many positive aspects to this service. Scheduling was quick and easy, text messaging was provided regarding arrival time, and a picture of the service provider was sent. The actual service was excellent, providing extensive consultation about what would be done, and thorough explanation of charges. After the service, a thorough review was done in all areas, as well as suggestions for maintenance. Erik was very pleasant and thorough. I would definitely recommend him highly!

I would not recommend this company. Waited all day on Sunday for them to show. When I called she claimed I was scheduled for nthe following Sunday. Poor customer service!
