Since I call them to request information they were very helpful and when I decided to use their service really tried to find the soonest free spot in their schedule, I needed the service before the end of the year and it was done December 29th by the owner himself, that showed me the commitment to serve their customers and it was done in the most professional way and explaining everything that needed to be done and why, I will definitely use their services again and will recommend them to anybody requiring that kind of service

Camelot cleaned the carpet in my whole house including treating pet stains and it came out beautiful. They worked me in at the last minute also.

Jerry the own came to do our carpet and he was polite and honest. Our carpet needs to be replaced but he tried to make it better looking for now.

I contacted Camelot Carpet Cleaning based on their reviews, and I was not disappointed once I saw the results of their cleaning of my carpet. The price was reasonable and the service was great!

I called on Monday and was scheduled for Wed. The technician was on time, efficient and professional on all levels. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. They will be my "go to" carpet cleaners in the future and I urge anyone looking for this service to try this company. You will not be sorry.

We flooded during Harvey and wanted to get our tile and grout sanitized and sealed. Randy, the owner, came out and did the cleaning himself. However our tile looked worse when he was done. The tile had a film on it that he said was from the solution and offered to come out and buff and shine the floors. Problem was that when I wiped the floors with a wet towel I was still pulling up black dirt, he left texture in places, sheetrock dust was still in the grout, he didn’t clean at all about 4 inches from the baseboards, or around the toilets where his machine couldn’t reach, and the machine threw water on my newly painted walls. He did show up to attempt to make it right 2 days later, and my husband met him at the house. After making excuses on why the floors looked the way they did and telling us he couldn’t clean the tile the way we wanted, my husband told him then we wanted our money back, as it states on his website, if you aren’t happy with their work it’s free. “No other company makes this guarantee”. He offered to give us “some” money back, but he couldn’t refund all of it. So my husband then told him to leave.
We will see if he honors his guarantee or if he is just another one of the people taking advantage of people who flooded. If he does then I’ll be happy to change the rating but since I’ve spent the last 2 days on my knees scrubbing my tile and grout with oxyclean and a grout brush, he gets a 1.
I have plenty of pictures of my tile and what he left behind. If I could attach them here I would.

Highly recommend Camelot Carpet. The tech came out (arrived 30 min early) and performed amazing work. He even spotted an area that was outside of the 3 room service I paid for and asked if he could treat that for me real quick! Above and beyond service, prices, and quality of work.

Extremely pleased with the service! Our carpets look AMAZING!! They are closed the day after Christmas but after explaining that we had family coming in from out of town, the owner went out of his way & came out himself to get our carpets done! The technician called to let me know when he was going to arrive. He arrived on-time and was very courteous and friendly. He explained to me each step of the process as he went through it (I wouldn't normally expect this, but I am a fairly curious person and like to learn different things).

My carpets were suffering from years of large dogs from the previous owner, and my own smaller dog following behind. They look 100% better and it's much cheaper than new carpet. So I bought another year or so.

Randy was right on time for the appointment. My tile had not been cleaned in 10 years and when he finished it looked as if it had been just installed. He was fast and very thorough. Friendly with a GREAT attitude and the price was right. You can't go wrong using Camelot Carpet Cleaning.
