I have used the services of KTX for at least three years. I get a bi-monthly window cleaning and cannot say enough about the staff’s professionalism and customer service. I have referred several neighbors and they refer new customers because of the quality work. Olivia, the owner, and, Robin in the office are the best with regard to communication and customer service. KTX did great work. They provided good preparation info ahead of the job and were flexible with scheduling. Zack and Rafael arrived on schedule, they were very polite, very hard working and they were very careful around the house. They completed a big job including windows in and out and power washing of sidewalks, driveway and back patio, on time. Final charge equaled the original estimate with no surprises.
