I was pleased with the window cleaning service by KTX. They make it easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The technician Cole was professional and polite. I appreciated the screen service they offer. I’ve had a screen that has needed fixed for a year that I haven’t gotten around to fixing. Cole took the screen, fixed it and brought it back the next day. The cost was fair. Now my windows sparkle.

There are 2 things that make me happy after all the work. Clean sheets and clean sparkly windows. I am so lucky and glad that I found KTX Window Cleaning. Been using them for 7 years now, from their start and would never try anyone else. Nicest people anywhere and they do an excellent job. Even better my price has never changed in over 7 years. I highly recommend KTX Window Cleaning. Everything from the estimate to completion of the job was handled professionally and explained thoroughly. Cole and Rafael arrived on time, were very polite, and did a fantastic job on the widows, house, garage and sidewalk. Robin is the best. She went over everything the company offers, she was not pushy, and did not try to sell me services I did not need. Robin kept me informed and updated and responded promptly to any questions I had. Most importantly, and the best experience I had with KTX Window Cleaning, was getting to meet Squeegee. He is a kind and gentle soul and a vital member of the KTX Window Cleaning team. KTX Window Cleaning does an excellent job. We have started having them come out every 6 months. Clean windows makes everything better. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because they were supposed to arrive between 8-9 and I had to text them at 9:30 to find out where they were. Scheduling conflict and the gentlemen arrived by 11.

The estimate process was quick and transparent, and on cleaning day they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left our windows spotless. The estimator showed up as planned, very nice answered all of my questions. The technician showed up promptly, was very professional. He did a great job cleaning the windows. I was unaware that there is no use of a water hose and so any dust, dirt, bugs etc. that are on the trim or between the windows doesn't get cleaned at all. Just sharing so that you know. My recommendation for next time is to use whatever means you have to clean the areas/ patio around the windows before they come to do the windows. After they come it's too late.
Update: The owner called me about this review and wanted to come look at the job. They arrived and they did do what I paid for, but they wanted to be sure I was happy and so did try to clean up the areas around the windows without messing up my newly cleaned windows. I would highly recommend and they aim to please and like I said in my original post, the windows look great.

For the first time since moving in our home ALL of my windows are nice and clean at the same time. Two KTX employees spent 5 hours washing every window in my home, inside and out. Doing the simple math, this would have taken me a minimum of ten (but to be honest, fifteen) hours to complete on my own. Clean windows just make the whole house feel extra clean. Love it!

I have never seen anything like this work in my life! After obtaining a few quotes I decided to go with KTX because I like they are bonded and fully insured, and felt safer to have them in my home. The techs cleaned my windows both inside and outside with detailed track cleaning as well. They cleaned my French windows one square at a time with a tiny squeegee. They are flawless. I had a differed company the last couple of years and the attention to detail doesn’t even compare.
