Daniel and Rene did an amazing job- arrived around 9 and didn’t leave until 7:30. The put down protective floor covering and worked tirelessly carrying equipment upstairs and into the attic. Could not believe the heavy equipment
they lifted. Also they had a terrific and friendly attitude. The most important thing was that they were experienced and knew what they were doing. I’m so glad we got these two for our installers- couldn’t have gotten a better job- we would highly recommend.

Tim’s always efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I request him to come as my technician.

I've dealt with Robert from JustFixIt before. Same high degree of professionalism and even though he installedthe AC, he asked if I needed my filters replaced. It's those little things that I love about this company. Noticing a problem in my attic where they had 'no horse in the race' saved me thousands of dollars, seriously thousands and my mental health!!
Today in September 2025, Tim gave us excellent service and advice. The repair for this visit was scheduled very fast which we appreciated as it's very hot in Texas now. We'd dealt with Tim before when he noticed that one of my water heaters was rusting and about to start leaking. Just Fix It again saved us so much money.
It is now Feb, 2026 and Christian is here again. The service is always so good that I actually remembered his name. JustFixIt reminded me about the check-up and was able to do it in the same week. High level of service from all areas in this company. When a company is this good, you just want to keep going back to them.

Tim did a great job identifying the problem with the AC unit. He is very professional and addressed all the concerns we had.

This company is amazing! Our AC unit was fried during a recent storm and they did everything they could to get us back up and running as quickly as possible and even helped with evidence for our insurance company. Jose was honest with his recommendations for what type of unit we needed and helpful with any questions or requests I had. Aaron, the GM, came out to assist with an installation issue on a Sunday! He too was honest and straight forward, working until the job was done properly. These guys are the best! I highly recommend. Thank you for of your help!

Tim Franks is the technician who recently serviced our HVAC units. Tim was exceptional. He took time to explain things to us. He was very respectful towards us and our properties. Tim Franks came for our regular HVAC maintenance today. We were very glad when we saw that Tim is the technician coming to us today. As usual Tim was very courteous. He paid attention to details. He even helped us by identifying a problem we had not directly related to the HVAC. That shows how professional detailed he is and how serriously he takes his job. He is a great asset to your company. We have developed a relationship with him and we told him we are looking forward to seeing him for the spring service.

Trustworthy, thorough, and flexible. This is the first time I have called Just Fix It, and I am happy I did. They were able to come out same day and get me taken care of. Buddy was my tech and I couldn’t have asked for a better guy. He was intelligent, knew how to explain things in a way I could understand, and he worked efficiently without cutting corners.
The lady who answered the phone when I called was definitely the reason I decided to try this place. She was an angel and I wish more like her existed.

Tim with Just Fix It was a lifesaver. After my less than a year old a/c lost the blower and control board the new a/c replaced (charged labor) only to have the control panel blow out again. The installing a/c company said it was a power surge or power issue. I turned to Mr Sparky to check line and they said all checked out but suggested I call Just Fix it for another opinion.

Tim came out and quickly diagnosed the a/c internal transformer was producing out of range voltage. He also showed me that the control panel had not been replaced as I was told. They submitted as warranty work and gibthe parts in for me quickly and got it replaced. He also noted that refrigerant was low and recharged. Has I not call Tim and Just Fix It I would probably still be without an a/c. Great job!

They did a horrible job installing a blower and uninstalling zones controlling board first the left trash in my attic. The team installed my ductwork with gaps which caused water to leak onto my ceiling and the were supposed to repair the sheet rock and some components that was left out the refused to honor what their technician recommended and they still haven’t fixed the sheet rock work and that been since June. Very disappointing and displeased I wouldn’t use them for anything
