Excellent customer service! My A/C went out on a Sunday. Kervin answered the phone Sunday evening and got me set up with a technician the next day Monday. Demond was professional, kind, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and conscientious. He fixed my problem the same day! This was my third time using Airtech's services and will use them again for any future hvac issues. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Manuel was everything I'd hope for from an HVAC tech. He was friendly, timely, and explained to me what he was doing and areas I can care for the unit myself. He explained things thoroughly and only proposed resolutions that were absolutely necessary.
I highly recommend their service plan as well, as the benefits outweigh the yearly cost.
As a bonus, I scheduled the visit during the evening, and they were available the next morning/afternoon.

I needed a new system for my downstairs AC. I went with Kervin based on a recommendation from a friend. I could not be happier. He was fair with price. He showed up with his team on time and finished in the time frame promised. Left my house clean and everything was installed perfectly. Nothing more I could have asked for honestly. Based on my experience I could not have made a better choice.

I had an emergency AC problem pop up and called Kool Mode. They came out quickly and gave me a couple honest options. It was repaired same day without any problems. I would recommend them for all your air conditioning and heating issues.

There were communication issues on my part but they were super patient with me and even offered to come and re explain things in person on what I was confused about. Thank you , Tim. Tim found a grate that enhances my intake air duct. It accents the ceiling and is much quieter.

He also scheduled an installation for a drain to the unit in the attic. No more dripping in the bathroom sink where it drains now. An outdoor pvc pipe will drain into a deep hole filled with gravel. These work well.

He stands by the work and assures good service.

Tim did a great job. He is very nice and thorough. MY JOB INCLUDED A NEW COMPUTER BOARD. He set my heater to run 50% until a replacement comes probably tomorrow. I am glad to have heat! This company has the most thorough, easy communication so both the customer and the company, Just Fix It, knows the best time for service and any adjustments that are needed. They always have smart, friendly people.

Tim returned today to install a surge protector and a new computer board that saves an on-going Linux unit service history. Very impressive and so helpful for all technicians. When Tim was in his 20's he studied 8 years with Linux. I'm so glad JUST FIX IT employed him. Like I said earlier, they have experienced technicians. We can benefit from their training. Thank you, Tim... you fixing my heating furnace unit Just in time for this cold weather front.
