I am going straight to the point, most people do not know much about HVAC and many other contract businesses work to fix our homes. I called 4 companies, and received many different quotes. ( The sales rep will give you an idea how their company works by how they talk to customers). Think of this like going to a car dealer for the first time and making a deal that you are tight to for 3 to 5 years.

Beware of Royal Air- Beware of the quote they give you, question is the price is to be true? Do not factor interest rate if you finance. I felt he was pulling numbers or the cost of a/c unit. Example if the rep offers you $10,0000, for everything, walk out the door and two minutes later ring the doorbell and take a thousand dollars off. Question it. ( Are they doing refurbished items?)

Crafty ELMER’S A/C and Plumbing- very slick and craft with their plan layout/ slogans or “use sport teams to rank their plans”, clever, but do not get stuck like glue with them . Do not be a fool. The sales rep was disrespectful, after I corrected him how he acknowledged me. Ma’amm and Sir go a long way than dude, bud… He did not have any diagram of the ac unit to explain nor show use how he got the numbers or cost for the ac unit

ARS Rescue Rooter- did give my family some good advice and informed us about ideas to cut costs in the future. I felt he was pulling numbers or the cost of a/c unit. He never showed us his tablet nor explained how he got the numbers. He did not have any diagram of the ac unit to explain nor draw one to explain

The Top 3 COMPANIES famous words is “ THIS OFFERS STANDS IF YOU SIGN TODAY AND I WILL GIVE YOU 10 MINUTES TO DECIDE” Offer Freon a/c of 410A that will be fading out. R32 is the new one that is coming out January 1, 2025

Just Fix It!- The sales rep was respectful, knowledgeable, he listened and understood my family's needs in this economy. He took measurements of each room of the house instead of googling the square footage of the house. He suggested another receiving vent because of circulation issues. He sold me a unit that takes R32 Freon instead of 410A Freon for a decent price.
The installer was great and hard worker.

I would not recommend this company.
1. They completed a repair without getting my authorization first, then called me only after the work was already done.

2. They charged almost three times the normal rate for a simple capacitor replacement even after negotiating a 15% reduction.

3. They billed a service call fee even though I went ahead with the repair. Most companies credit that fee toward the repair if you hire them.

4. To avoid paying the service fee on top of the inflated repair cost, they push you to download their app and share 25 personal contacts so they can market to them.

Overall, the pricing felt ridiculous and the business practices were not customer-friendly. I would look elsewhere for HVAC service.

Huge shoutout to Christian Durr! He gave our unit its very first maintenance since it was installed 3 years ago, and wow—what a difference! Our system is running so much smoother and quieter now (hello, peaceful nights of sleep 🙌). Christian walked us through everything he was doing, made it easy to understand, and left us feeling confident our unit is in great shape. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Spectacular service all around!

Very pleased with the entire team over there, the customer service was great across the shop. Tim the Technician was outstanding! Not only did he identify the problem but he also gave some expert advice on how to fix some other issues that was part of our air flow problem. He gave cost estimates for each recommendation. A true knowledgeable professional and his customer service was second to none.

Very professional. Direct and to the point. Very thorough. I appreciated all of the info and explained everything that was going on in a way that non-experts could understand. I felt much more comfortable with the experience after he was done than I did with other companies that spent most of their time trying to push upgrades that at the end of the day wouldn't help the overall situation. I must sat John Whitefield just calm my fast beating heart. He just gave me hope. I was crying about how I will find money to fix my AC which was recently fixed by another company a few weeks ago. My AC started having the same problem, when I called the former company for help, I was told I need to replaced my entire AC unit. 🙃 my ears couldn't not content what I heard. I went online and read reviews about Just fixed it. I decided to call and request for service. They sent me the best of all their technicians with over 25years of experience and he is also a happy family man. He checked my AC unit. I was at work though. When he called me to give report of his findings, my heart was raising fast. But he said there was nothing wrong with my AC. He taught me how to regulate it to keep the house cool. The diagnosis was done for me for free. All they asked me to do, was to download their app. Which i did. Please next time you call Just Fix It, make sure you request for Mr. John Whitefield.

Christian made a quick diagnosis of the problem and repaired it promptly. He knows what he is doing. That had been my experience with any of the Just Fix It techs.

I can’t say enough good things about Levi and the team at Just Fix It! After struggling for months with an ongoing issue with our air conditioning system, I finally decided to reach out to them. Levi was nothing short of incredible. He spent countless hours meticulously going through our entire system to identify and resolve the issue that had been plaguing us.
