Cool It Down came out to my home for a free A/C inspection compliments of my energy provider. Laz showed up fairly early in the timeframe I was scheduled and was very polite and professional. Suggested we needed freon to obtain optimal, energy efficient use of our system. My house has been so much cooler and he provided tips for keeping the house cool. Laz took his time making sure everything was good before leaving. Would recommend this company.

My AC stopped working on a Saturday morning. Called and scheduled a Monday morning appointment but a tech was nearby and stopped shortly after my initial call. He was fantastic and got me up and running again in no time. To have such a short turn around and fantastic service on a Saturday is not a standard most companies can meet. Have used Cool It Down several times and will never go anywhere else!

Laz and co. did an amazing job with replacing my entire HVAC system recently. For a while my previous system wasn’t cooling as much and while i felt like something was wrong, a previous HVAC company i contacted to inspect my system assured me everything was working fine. I ignored my gut and let things be. I received a free AC tune up service provided by my energy provider and they contracted cool-it-down to perform the inspection. I mentioned to Laz when he stopped by to perform the inspection of my concerns and after performing his inspection, my concerns were validated. My refrigerant levels were extremely low and most likely have been for quite some time. He provided some options for me to consider, from adding more refrigerant to the system as a temporary fix to replacing the system. I decided to replace the system as it was already old and with the upcoming summer, i want to be 100% prepared for the worst heat. Laz discussed options with me for the system and financing and was able to get a new system in the very next day. They tested the system after the install and during a follow up a week later. Now my system is delivering ice-cold air and i couldn’t be happier. Very easy company to work with, no sales pressure and took all of my concerns and questions seriously. I’ve even noticed my electricity usage dropping dramatically! Highly recommended
