A/c unit started making a power surge sound called/email cool it down approx. 630p Saturday & they immediately responded.Sent a tech out Sunday around 11am tested all mechanical in/out put. Had the part that was needed & waited to make sure problem was solved.Great customer service & bedside manner!

Laz was the best!!! He went over and above when helping us. This was the first company I came across that wasn’t about taking our money and was concerned about getting our home cool. Insurance was a joke and was taking us around the work to help us..I even called them at about 8:54. He called right back and walked us through everything. I definitely recommend this company if your really trying to get the right work done and a company that cares. My husband and I needed our furnace repaired. Lazard provided us with a very detailed estimate and explained exactly what he would have to repair to have our furnace up and running. The price was more than fair, and the professionalism spoke volumes about this Company. I am pleased with the services that were provided.
