When my AC went out I knew it was going to be a problem. I had to call multiple companies because fixing an AC is not a small issue and can be a lot of money. I had several companies come out, including Mid-Tex. All of them gave me a diagnosis, but Mid-Tex gave me multiple reasons of what was going on and multiple options on how to fix it. Shawn, of Mid-Tex, spent his time diagnosing every single thing that could possibly be the reason. He truly went out of his way to make sure we knew of every possible scenario and not just a quick fix. Needless to say, because of that, we went with Mid-Tex. Not only that but everything was completely reasonably priced! Getting your AC fixed is never a fun issue but Shawn at Mid-Tex took the worry and hassle out of it all. Super trustworthy, open, available, and on-time every step of the way. Just like finding a good car mechanic, I have found a great and trustworthy HVAC company. I highly recommend Shawn and Mid-Tex HVAC and I will be using them for life.

Fair price and great service. Installation went great, HVAC savy, work was completed on a complete change out and new duct work in 6 hours, systems is running and cooling great. Thanks Shawn a very good experience.

Shawn and his crew were awesome. He explained all my options without telling me the whole unit was broke and needed to be replaced. He made a few calls and his crew started within the hour. I also love the fact that he called to follow up a few days after the work was complete.
