My AC went out in the middle of the day, it was 89 degrees in my house at 12 pm. When I called this company they sent out a tech to inspect and they waived the service fee after fixing the issue. Fuse was out. Within a few hours I had my ac unit working properly. Great service.

I requested an AC service from Turbo because my thermostat wasn't working. The tech came over and after inspecting it and fixing the thermostat, the initial service fee was waived. I ended up signing up for their maintenance plan to keep my air conditioning unit working properly. Great service!

I requested plumbing services for a leak in my bathroom. The technician arrived and worked for two hours but could not fix the issue. Despite the problem not being resolved, I had to pay him, which disappointed me with their service. Eventually, I called another company, and they fixed the issue quickly.

Drivers be carefull comming here. They have a cracked wall after you back up here. They going to come out and ask you for insurance. Just incase now that the wall is has cracks. 2 of them and a small cut.

Called at 11 am to say they would be there in an hour then I called back at 2 and was told their truck broke down I don't see how this is my problem it's yours send someone else , didn't call didn't show up absolutely the worst I would not recommend them or call them ever again

The service tech came to our house to inspect the Heating unit. He was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. He did not try to convince me of buying anything extra. Most of the previous HVAC companies I've dealt with were always pushing additional services, so I really appreciated Steve's attitude.
