I called Matt late in the evening because my AC has stopped blowing. I don’t think I need to tell anyone living in Houston that it was 108° outside. Matt came to the house wearing a superman cape and and flew into my 130° attic and was able to get my AC working in less than 15 minutes. This is the second time I have used this company and from now on this will be the only company I use. Matt was a straight shooter and I feel That he was a true professional and that his prices were more than fair.

I seriously wish I could clone these people! Everyone at this company is absolutely wonderful!!!! They are so kind, professional and pleasant to work with. Most importantly, they are TRUSTWORTHY and know what they are doing. Im sad Im having issues with my AC but Im HAPPY I found them. Thank you for being such a wonderful business.

My family was out of pocket a couple of weeks ago and my A/C stopped cooling. My cousin told me to call Matthew LeDoux at Blowin’ Cold because he was absolutely trustworthy, and I just knew because of the age of my unit that it was going to be a goner. He had a full schedule but still made a run by my house in Katy not long after I called. He was up in the attic, then outside, and so efficient! He found a valve leaking freon and was able to get that stopped and then recharged my unit and had me cooling down in no time. I was so thankful, and he was so kind to come over so quickly and make sure I was ok. I highly recommend Matthew and Blowin’ Cold for anything relating to air conditioning! Thank you sir!

Matt is a unicorn! He is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He helped us after hours, explained everything and went above and beyond. I won’t ever call anyone else to work on my AC again. He’s a great business man and human. He’s got customers for life out of us … and likely the rest of my family and friends if I have anything to do with it.

Matthew was great to work with! We needed our AC serviced quickly and he was available the same day. We then needed a unit replaced it it was done within a day. He did great work, was very nice, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling him for all our future AC needs. I would definitely recommend him!!

My 5 year old AC stopped working. I didn't trust the guy who installed it because I felt it shouldn't have broken so soon. Matthew came highly recommended from people I trust. He immediately came over and to check it out. It was going to take a day or two for the compressor to come in because it was under warranty so it had to be a certain one. He was so sweet that he went to his house and brought back a window unit so my family could stay cool. It was a hot summer when it went out. Now it's cold outside. Guess what new furnace would not start. Called Matthew. He came over in 15 minutes in between his other calls and fixed in like 15 minutes. Since it was a loose wire he didn't charge me but like who does that anymore. He is truly a sweet guy whom you can trust. He even gave me two packages of deer sausage. Eating it over Thanksgiving. I wholeheartedly recommend .

Blowin Cold is amazing! Last night our pan in the attic started leaking into our bathroom. I messaged them to see if they could come today to fix the issue. They showed up this morning to fix it and there was a wire in the attic under a board that was stepped on while doing the clean out. It caused some issues in the control panel and the technician was so honest. He told us about it and fixed it all without charging any extra! I’m not sure any other company would have done that! I will always use them! Don’t hesitate to call if you have A/C issues!!

Our evaporator coil went out recently. We got three estimates and Blowin Cold was the cheapest estimate we received. They were also the nicest, and most professional.

Debbie was a pleasure to answering my question and Matt is no bs and knows his stuff. His knowledge and determination to get my unit up and running timely was a relief after going to other ac companies just trying to sell me a new unit. After my A/C quit blowing on a Saturday (of course)...Matt got by for a diagnosis. The unit started blowing again but we knew it was going to be short term...nothing could be done without some parts. Matt was on the phone early am Monday procuring the parts and his guys were putting them in by mid-morning...problem solved. Thx for the responsiveness and transparency in how you took care of me!

The service was amazing, as they were able to come out after hours and replace the capacitor to ensure me and my family had a much more comfortable evening with a/c. I am blessed and thankful. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs service!!

Two days ago the air conditioner in the second story of the house stopped working. I searched online on YouTube for tips on easy resolution and did them all but didn't work. Looked online for a reliable company in the industry and came across this one which has 5-star reviews in 117 (my wife is a review-checke-before-attempting woman and went through a lot of them) and we decided to call them and schedule an appointment (inspection is free). By the time of the app, somehow it started working again, but I still wanted to know what was going on. Robert came and inspected it. He looked up in the attic, in the backyard, and in the thermostat. He came back telling me that at the time nothing was wrong, but he did tell me some things that I needed to address to keep it working smoothly and to prevent issues. He took his time to inspect everything with tools and all. Nothing at the time, no charge either. I can tell is a very reliable, knowledgeable, and honest person. I will keep contacting this company for further needs and will recommend it to friends and neighbors.

Wow! Matt and his team are amazing! I had an old unit that was cooling off and on but certainly not maintaining the set temp in our second story. Matt was very responsive, professional, and customer oriented. After trouble shooting the unit the recommendation was to replace the condenser and coil. Never fun to hear but he was right and provided fair price. The install was clean, my house was left in the order it was before the crew arrived, and now we have a nice and cool upstairs. I called Blowin Cold AC at 5:20 on a Friday afternoon--not exactly when you want your AC to go out. Debby returned my call immediately and scheduled a technician to see us that day. Within the hour, the technician arrive, pinpointed and solved the issue. Prices were reasonable, timing was exceptional and folks (reception and technicians) were super friendly. I'll save their number for the next time we need service!

Almost every year, my AC has some issue that seems to happen at the worst time/day. Matthew is always super fast to respond and will go the extra mile to help. He’s a great guy. He and his team are super knowledgeable, honest and fair. There is no reason to call anyone else for emergencies or yearly tuneups.

I had Matthew today for AC Tune Up. I can't say enough that he is the most honest person I found in today's hard selling AC business. He really cares about his customers. No wonder he has 5 star for all these years. I have been getting different quotes from other vendors and tune ups done in the past several years for my old AC unit. He is a straight shooter, tells you right away what it is wrong with your unit, how to protect it and explains everything how to fix it. He has helped me more than enough with fair prices and I know who to call with my HVAC issues going forward.

Matthew came to my home in December to repair my heater and did an outstanding job. He was reliable, honest, and professional. More recently, he returned to fix my AC, and once again, he was fast, efficient, and thorough. I am so grateful. I highly recommend him for any future heating or cooling needs.
