Was please to discover they were able to get to the property on the same day. They had a hard time finding the broken part but kept calling around until they found it.

Wish I could give zero stars. I’m so appalled. I got a email that my warranty was gonna expire if I didn’t sign up for a maintenance plan. Prior to knowing this info I was excited to see a email because it’s the first I got since I bought and I couldn’t remember the company I bought the new air conditioner from. I even called the financing company and they couldn’t tell me. They said they could be there between 12-2 and I agreed. The next day I asked if I could just pay for service and asked would this keep my warranty. I was told “you unsubscribed from us because we email all the time” I was so appalled and said that’s idiotic. I never unsubscribed. Then this company continued to argue with me even after asking could I please just do a service tomorrow. Very uncalled for and so unprofessional. I asked to talk to a manager and was told no.

Texan Mechanical was awesome! Super honest, caring, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. They went above and beyond and did a stellar job on our HVAC system. It’s so nice to work with a company you can actually trust—highly recommend them! Look no further! You will not be disappointed.

Justin with Texan Mechanical AC was patient, professional and knowledgeable. I had a so-called DIY mini split that we installed and was not able to get it to work. I called several companies and they refused to come out and work on something that they didn’t install. But NOT Texan Mechanical. Texan Mechanical Air sent Justin and he had it up and running in no time. Thank you!

job was done in a timely manner, he explained everything, and did an excellent job at a fair price. Texan Mechanical also services our Generac whole home generator.

Texan Mechanical AC & Heating was amazing. I called 2 days before the January 2025 freeze stating that my heater was not working. They had someone out the same day and provided me with different repair/replacement options. Thankfully, Texan Mechanical AC & Heating was able to replace the furnace the next afternoon and we were set for the freezing temperatures. I appreciated their efficiency, their professionalism and friendly team. Definitely plan to use them again if/when needed. Super job!

Had an AC issue. I decided to use Texan based on lots of positive community Facebook reviews. They were prompt in responding to assess the issue. The issue was enough to get a new AC. They walked me through all the options and price points. They provided excellent products and customer service! I recommend you try them out.

I called Texan Mechanical on a Friday afternoon at 3 pm with questions about my a/c not cooling. By 6pm they had a tech out to look over the system and make recommendations. I decide on new units the next day and approved the work order and had a Monday morning install appointment. They were fast, clean, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. I could not have had a better experience. Yesterday I called to have a tech come out just to follow up and make sure everything is running properly and they had a 8am appointment this morning. Everything is great, they were in and out and I'm free to go about my day. Thank you Texan Mechanical for running an outstanding and very professional business. It was a pleasure doing business with your team. I also bought the Platinum package and look forward to continuing to do business with you in the future.

They help you find solutions that work for your budget and advise on what tasks really need done quickly and which ones can realistically wait a little bit. Very happy with them!

I am pleased with my decision to contact this company. They were very responsive to my request. We set up a time and they arrived on time. Justin and Ryder were polite and kept me informed of what they were doing. They installed a soft start on my A/C and performed the first summer inspection and deep cleaning. They did find a leak related to the evaporator coil which thankfully is under warranty, and will be fixing that soon. Thank you guys!

I have used Texan Mechanical AC & Heating numerous times. The service has always been professional, punctual, and accurate. They have done everything from put in entire units, to replacing duct work, to fixing other major and minor issues. They communicate clearly on what the problem is and what the options are to fix/replace. I have found them to go above and beyond in making sure we were back up and running as quickly as possible. I appreciate the great service we have received.

Texan Mechanical was fast, competent, and compassionate in their services for my senior parents. We had a full removal of an old system and install of the new system...all in one day.
