Emilio did an excellent job at explaining the services that would be provided and being very detailed on the package we were signing up for. He made sure we well informed about the service and process.

Our HVAC system was installed the very next day, the workers arrived on time and got right to work. They did a nice clean installation and were very tidy and respectful of our home. Our AC was up & running within the same day! 10/10 would recommend Trilogy Services!!

I found the company online. $80 upfront charge to come out, whereas other companies charge after the service. No problem, I paid it. The cost for repairs was an estimated $350 additional. I understand there would be a cost. Unlike with other companies, the $80 upfront did NOT go towards the final cost. My experience is very different than was advertised on their site. So, yeah, still in the heat.

Very pleased with the work. The installers are hard workers and know what they are doing. My system is working good and so far I am pleased with the overall work of the installers and the performance of the equipment installed.

We had a really old 4 ton AC system and with the heat of this past summer our old unit just couldn’t keep up and keep our home cool. I had seen Trilogy’s ads on Facebook and thought we would have them come by for a free estimate. After looking at many other AC provider’s Trilogy was the best value for us. Our sales representative Ricardo was an absolutely pleasure to work with. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. Once everything was approved (which that process was very easy as well) there crew was out the next day and they completely replaced all of our duct work and installed everything in one day. The installation crew was also very professional and kept everything super clean and communicated with us throughout the installation process. I would highly recommend Trilogy AC if your in the market for a new AC system.

According to Abdiel the owner of the company might be in, in the mornings he's not sure. Either way neither Abdiel or the lady in the office pass messages to the owner. Abdiel is more concerned with collecting a $79 deposit just to make an appointment on something that should be covered under warranty rather than actually reading the contract. He has the nerve to say that the electrical wasn't part of the installation contract when you can't have an AC without electrical these days. In reality, it's in the contract black and white, he just doesn't like to read. Also, their installation warranty is only for 12 months, so unless you're an installation expert and an electrician, you might not know if they did it right until after the installation warranty is over. Yeah they neglected to change the electrical breaker switch when they installed the unit. That's how they get yah. They literally set you up to have to call them to repair what they should've done right from the beginning. The house could've caught an electrical fire and who's the home owners insurance going to go after for faulty wiring? This company hires irresponsible people. Don't give them any of your hard earned money.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. They installed faulty equipment, and when things started going wrong, they immediately turned the blame on me — the customer — instead of taking responsibility for their poor workmanship.
To make matters worse, they sent out technicians who clearly had no idea what they were doing. Each visit ended with no resolution, just another bill. It felt like I was paying for their incompetence, not for actual service.
This company is either dangerously unqualified or deliberately running a scam — maybe both. If you value your money, time, and sanity, look elsewhere. I wouldn't trust them to install a lightbulb, let alone handle serious work.

Also, don't fall for their positive reviews, as many of them are written by them.

Juan was very professional, courteous and was even able to stop a vibration noise. I would highly recommend Juan and Trilogy AC for your air conditioning needs. God bless America

Very great service, especially the service manager Carlos Manzo who is very professional and friendly in providing the installation of a brand new HVAC system that includes a 5ton Carrier condenser, evaporator coil, and a furnace with a very reasonable price.

Getting the Ac installed, fast, easy, no prob. Unfortunately started having issues 2 months into installation! Ac stopped working and getting someone out here to get it fixed was a HASSLE! A week and a half with NO AC mid Summer! And young children was no fun! Couldn’t get a reply from anyone after many calls and texts. Customer service could def be better

4 months ago they installed the air conditioning and it is no longer working, I have been trying to get them to come and repair it and no one has been able to come. When I finally got an appointment, they changed my time twice and I had to miss a day of work. Very bad customer service and I no longer have confidence that they have done a good job since it has been very few months with a unit that is supposedly new and no longer works.

Trilogy is a very professional company.
The sell representative is very knowledgeable and help you to chose the best for you, installation team very efficient and capable. In few hours they install my unit of AC. I can recommend without doubt.
