Very disappointed, I should never have hired this company. The seller only put the unit in the contract and charged me for the complete installation, I called the office and the only thing they did was call the seller to contact me and he used as excuse saying that he had said that the ducts were good that he was not going to change them. And it is not fair to me that they are charging me the price of something that was not done. Just because I'm a single mother, they think they can take advantage of people and sell them something that they don't have. Now I am the one to pay for a service that was not completely installed. It's not fair. Solo queda decir que dios los bendiga y que ojalá que lo que me hicieron a mi no les pase a nadie de su familia, su hija, su esposa, su hermana o mamá porque ahí es cuando van q saber que está mal. Bien dice el dicho lo barato sale caro. Mala experiencia aprendida. All of you who did well with this company, it's good that they were lucky with a good service.

Saw " Specials" online. Called to get a quote and was given a lot of additional information all to just inform me that the smallest units are double of what other companies charge. Do your homework and call other companies. This company gave me the highest price.

2015 Build, 2500 sq ft home. The builder installed a 13 seer 3.5 Ton Lenox HVAC system. The system worked but struggled for 9 years. Contacted a few AC people and Trilogy AC had a better price for a Carrier 16 seer 5 ton system. Install took 7 hours. They were very professional, very careful of the yard and house. They cleaned everything up. New system was installed even better then the builder. Everything is perfectly leveled and secured properly. Sealing the areas around the furnace looked like art work. It was not slapped on and left. Very clean install!

System installed next day…but…installation crew tried to keep the UV lights until I went in the attic after they said they were finished and told them the UV lights are not installed. They went and got them from their truck like they forgot once I told them. Secondly the salesman said my system was going to be replaced including the lines from the compressor which did not happen. I got a bunch of different excuses on the reasoning behind that. The quality follow-up the next day discovered the drain line on the new install was clogged which he unclogged with compressed air and amazingly the system started cooling better. The only reason I chose this company was the warranty offered.

It all started with Nasser he was a great sales person. He was very patient and informative, he took his time explaining everything. The installation was very sooth and the installers Jaime and his team were very kind and professional. The owner Daniel confirmed the job and ensured we were fully satisfied. Highly recommended.

Had a good experience using Trilogy AC for my AC replacement. They were efficient and very transparent when it came to explaining what they were going to do. Adrian was very helpful and made the process very fast and effective. Would recommend to anyone in the Houston area 👍🏽

Biggest con I’ve ever seen.
I hire Trilogy, I get subcontractors to do the work. Trilogy doesn’t back their work even though they hired them. If you look at the photos, you will see what a $19,000.00 job will look like after only five (5), yes only five months of use !
Owner doesn’t want to talk to me, instead he has a young lady, nice as can be talk to me due to him being a coward who doesn’t stand behind his product !
See you in court !!

Anyone else who has dealt with these people and have the same issues, please share and let me know because I will not be ripped off by these cons and I will make sure that my money is not wasted and in this case, pretty much stolen !!

Prices are great and the services was even better! My upstairs unit quit cooling and they were able to send Oscar to my home the same day. Due to the unit being frozen. He recommended leaving it off for 24 hours and came back the next day to service. He was on time and called to let me know when he would arrive. Highly recommend using them and will definitely call again when I need more work done!

If you want the best, Oscar is the man, punctual, honest and knows what he is doing, five star is not enough for this extraordinary gentleman.

Oscar, and his company are wonderful to do business with, he came highly recommended from a friend of mine. When we first called him he came out and advised us what we should do and gave us several options. He and his crew installed 2 new A/C units in our house in 1 day. Outside of regular maintenance issues, they have worked beautifully in the 3 years we've had them. He always answers or returns calls and is quick to offer solutions....

The air conditioning unit died right before we arrived to house sit for our son. Our son contacted Total Air Masters before leaving. We needn’t have worried about the situation. Total Air Master’s was an excellent choice. Our experience with them follows:

We received a call notifying us that they were departing and would be at the house within the hour. They arrived within the time frame promised, preparing the work area with tarps to protect the floors. The work crew were very pleasant, professional, and focused. They worked throughout the day to replace the interior and exterior units meeting their estimated completion time of 8 hours. They removed all of the old equipment, cleaned the work area thoroughly and tested the system to be sure it worked properly. They texted pictures of the completed work to our son as well.

We highly recommend this company for their quality of work and professionalism. Thank you so much!
