As always, Mike and his crew did not cease to amaze me. They did an excellent job in replacing the defective condenser with a new unit. These guys are the masters of their craft. They also complete the job quickly and on short notice. I called them lunch time, they came and check the issue, gave their suggestions, decided to replace the unit, and voila, they completed the job before 4 pm.

I couldn't be happier with the service I receive every time Texan Mechanical comes out. No matter who I speak with they are always very friendly and responsive. Our technician Justin is always so professional, friendly and helpful. He takes his time to make sure everything is done properly. For anyone looking for a reliable and honest AC company I highly recommend Texan Mechanical.

Horrible customer service from the owners! I can't recall a time when I have experienced a worse, unprofessional interaction with the managers/owners. I was billed right at $600.00 to replace a fan motor (that the most expensive one I could find was $220.00) and then the A/C went out three days later and the only concern from Texan Mechanical AC & Heating was regarding the trip charge, not that their repair did not work! I was also told that my freon was just a little low and he could add some, but wasn't really needed. I opted not to have the tech do that. I then got in touch with my regular A/C man and he came out the next day and check everything and told me the freon was very low and that there was no way it was slightly low the day before. That is my opinion and I will never use not recommend Texan Mechanical AC & Heating again.

Texan Mechanical AC & Heating came this week and checked out our furnace to make sure it would be ready for cold weather. The technician was friendly and professional and did a great job.

Called 0830 on a Sunday morning. Tech at the house at 1030. Part couldn’t be picked up until Monday morning. Tech had part picked up and installed by 1030 Monday morning. Excellent customer service by Alexis and Cristian. This was a no brainer 5 star review.

Service rep was a kid right out of school that needed a lot more training. Would not service one a/c due to light quarters (House is 35 yrs old and no service rep had a problem before). Service rep added $450.00 freon to a unit that was working fine and made no attempt to find and repair a leak.

I could not be happier I chose to work with Texan Mechanical for the new install of an AC system. After a horrible experience with home warranty and 2 weeks of no AC, I called Texan for a quote to compare with a few others. The owner of the company listened to my story about home warranty, empathized with me, and helped me understand how to get the payout of the claim. She was super informative and made sure I had many different options to fit my budget and situation.
Everything with Texan Mechanical was as smooth as could be from the quoting to the completion of the install. I worked with Kristen, Alexis, Justin, Brandon, and Carlos in the different stages of this process, and all of their kindness and professionalism speak volumes. We will trust all of our HVAC needs to Texan Mechanical in the future and I would recommend them to anyone! We are finally cooling in our house all thanks to this company!

A review doesn’t even begin to explain the amazing service I received from Texan Mechanical. They saved me from being bamboozled by another dishonest fraudulent company and I am ever so thankful. From the professionalism the moment I spoke to Kristen and the ease she gave me that everything would be handled was amazing. They sent out Ryder 1st thing Monday morning and he was just awesome as well. His honesty and professionalism speaks volumes also. Met Michael Wallman at TranStar. We discussed a problem I was having with my AC. I proceeded to do my fix and found out the compressor was gone. The AC unit was 40 years old. I ask for a quote. They responded quickly. The quote was very reasonable. I requested the install which was for a frame in system. They had the AC unit in stock. It was installed the next day. Great work. Thanks.

They’ve always given me a thorough explanation of what was wrong with pictures. They’re honest and that’s very hard to get these days. Their customer service is 5 star also. Great people !!!!

Michael and Kristin are wonderful people. They jumped through hoops to repair our HVAC system when our house was one the market. Our kids were grown and gone and we had no idea that our upstairs unit even had issues. Our buyers’ inspector found the problem and Michael dropped everything to get us repaired. I just can’t thank the Texan Mechanical family enough for taking care of us!!

Of the three bids I received for a new HVAC system, Christian from Texan Mechanical was the only contractor who came out with pressure gauges and a CO monitor to evaluate my system and explore options for keeping it. Unfortunately, my system was too old, and the air circulation in my house was very poor. Christian solved the circulation problem by strategically locating an additional air return and replacing my HVAC with a high-efficiency system. It was money well spent, and I only wish I had done it sooner.

Texan Mechanical makes it super easy. They have a makes sense membership plan that sends on time reminders for your system check ups throughout the year. They are honest a transparent. I definitely feel protected and in good hands. Shout out to my technician Justin, he’s been great!

Everyone was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure my senior citizen mother had AC back up and running as quickly as possible.

Also had the best turn around time and quote I was able to find, and the office staff was great to work with. They made the process so easy and as pain free as can be when having to buy and entirely new HVAC system.

Recently had a new AC / heating unit installed . When my old unit stopped working , this company was very thorough when explaining my options . They did not pressure me with a sales pitch like I got from other companies. Their prices and payment plan were very reasonable for a senior citizen. They were respectful, fast and efficient! They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. I recommend this company highly!

During the winter freeze, called with an emergency , and they responded with a tech first thing the next morning! The techs were professional, and dedicated to finishing the job! I was able to get my AC/heat unit working same day and gave me solid advice and recommendations towards preventive service. Highly recommend!
