They sent a subcontractor same day that was nice to have same day service and while others refused to come for commercial building HVAC system. The subcontractor did not have plier to remove stuck plastic cover from ports on gas lines to check gas pressure, did not have instrument to check capacitor and installed the new capacitor without telling the price first.
They demanded $500 ( $150 for inspection and $350 to put the capacitor) but agreed for total $400 for the inspection and replace the capacitor for one unit. When discussed price was high as I own multiple properties and have dealt with multiple HVAC companies for the same issue but I was told they were the expert. I do not agree with the price but paid as I needed it fixed quickly.
