Highly recommend this company. Fast, capable and friendly. We’ve had them out twice since they installed our unit (drainage sink backed up) and both times they’ve come out and fixed it for free. They stand behind their work and are more than happy to help us when we need them. You don’t find many companies like this out there anymore. Daniel M is awesome!!!

Daniel is the best. Very professional and reasonable price. I had issue with coils, and it was under warranty. Moreover, He dealt with warranty part and only charged for labor. He was able to fix the issue on same day. I would definitely recommend him. This was the July incident.

Sunday night 11/25, I was installing Nest and heating stopped working, so called Monday morning. Daniel came out on the same day and fix the issue at no charge. Furnace wire got burned out in attic and fixed it right a way. Very honest and knowledgable.

For two years now technician Daniel has come to our home servicing our 2 units. First he guided us thru replacing our evaporating coil. It was a large job down very quickly and professionally. Great A/C repair & service company for my busted evaporator and installed UV LED light. Brenda/Jennifer scheduled my repair immediately and have a great team to work with. I'm glad that I have tried this company for my HVAC issues and now, I have a reliable one. Daniel and the crew were fantastic, they were very professional. My both Downstairs and upstairs AC were down yesterday. Service Pros is referred by my colleague for excellent service and quick response. I called in and got appointment at same day. Daniel was so excellent to identify the issues for both units. He explained to me the issues due to both condenser fan motors failure. Today, Daniel was able to find both motors from Trane and installed them before another hot night. I really appreciate Daniel great patience and Excellent service .

Even though I was only able to call in the later afternoon, the very kind receptionist booked me in for an evening service visit. The technician, Daniel M., was exceedingly courteous and professional from the moment he arrived. Throughout the process he made sure I was aware of what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated, and he worked thoroughly with a commitment to get the job done despite the late hour.

I called other companies... cough .. cough... and no one was available to come out but when I called Service Pros ! They were able to send someone out within an hour!!! My tech was the best!!!Daniel was amazing !!!! He came out the same day within hours to service my home... he was very thorough he made sure me and my family didn’t have to go another night uncertain if we were going to have heat or not ! I would recommend service pros if you or a loved one should find yourself having problems with your furnace or AC!!! Very professional .. courteous... timely.... and most importantly VERY AFFORDABLE !!!

Jennifer was really great and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I appreciated that she gave me info on the membership which helped us save money. The appointment scheduling process was very efficient and we had someone at the house to fix the AC within the next day. This is the second time we’ve used their services and we are not disappointed. We will continue to use their services and refer them to our friends and family. Highly recommend.

The day I created a request for service on Thumbtack, Daniel from Service Pros responded with a quote within 20 minutes. The following day around noon I messaged him asking for the soonest available appointment time and he quickly replied telling me that he could make it that same day between 4pm-7pm. Soon after I called him to gave him my address and confirmed the time. He did mention that his work van was being repaired at that time so he was unsure exactly when he would be available to leave but that he would call 45 minutes before anticipated arrival. He did call later around 4pm to let me know that he would not be able to make the appointment that day due to the repairs on his van not being completed yet. I agreed to wait until the following day around early after noon because the auto shop told him his van would be ready by noon at the latest. The next day came but Daniel's van still was not ready. He kept the appointment anyway and used his personal car to come out to my house.

He methodically diagnosed the issue while explaining the source of the problem then walked through the possible solutions and quotes including a more economical "hole patch" option which he did not recommend but wanted to disclose as a possibility. He ultimately recommended a long-term solution with varying price ranges but left the decision up to me without trying to up-sell me.

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, great customer service and not to mention a great value. I did my due diligence and Service Pros is more than reasonable when it comes to prices but don't take my word for it.
