Daniel came out within hours during the freezes this winter and crawled around under the house in the bitter cold to fix our furnace. The cost was really affordable, and the service was unbeatable. We plan on sticking with Daniel for our future AC and furnace needs.

Can't get any better than Daniel and his team. Not sure how I stumbled onto Katy's Comfort A/C and Heating besides others being non responsive in a time of need and the mess left by the previous A/C company performing an installation leading to damaged ceiling sheet rock. I almost never give reviews, but no others compare to Daniel and his team. I and apparently the other reviewers count ourselves fortunate for Daniel and Katy's Comfort A/C and Heating.

We have used Daniel for over 10 years now, when he was with another company and now with his own company. He is top notch, professional, courteous and goes above and beyond with his service. Please call him for any air conditioning and heating issues.

A/C and thermostat both stopped working. Katy's Comfort A/C was able to service my a/c same day I called. Daniel was on time, pleasant and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose a bad contactor and didn't try to upsell something else. Was much less than I anticipated. Very pleased and will be a definite repeat customer.

Daniel was outstanding. Very nice man. He wore his mask and put on booties. His twice a year service plan is amazing. No weekend or after hours charges (you know how ACs are they go out at the worst times). He was able to fix my drain line issue within an hour and did a total check up. I was very pleased with his service.

My AC hasn't been cooling since last midnight. I discovered them on Google this morning and called them at 7 am. The technician/owner, Daniel, arrived promptly at 9 am and replaced the faulty parts, offering a one-year parts warranty. The price was very reasonable. Additionally, he performed a complimentary inspection on our other AC unit.

So happy we found Katy's Comfort! Knowledge and experience makes the difference. Daniel fixed our A/C system so it would work with our generator, shortly after we moved in and lost power due to derecho that hit May of 2024. Now they handle all our Maintenance and repair needs!
