These guys are the absolute best!! Been using them for years and they are great. The NEVER try to sell me something I don’t need- never! If you don’t use Polar Express- you are missing out!!

Garrett showed up at our door in (NO JOKE) 5 minutes.
We had to call in on a Sunday and fortunately he had just finished up a call nearby. My wife has worked with Polar Express as a homeowner for 10 years. Ben, is an excellent owner. Garrett is so good he was here and had cold air coming out within 15 minutes. Thank you!

Great local company with good customer service. My tech Ryan explained every step of the repair and gave me options based on my budget. Fast response time, techs are on call over the weekend (which is when everything seems to go wrong for me).
I highly recommend polar express for any ac tuning and repair work. They are my go-to ac & heating repair service.

They are the definition of a technician. Not a silver tongued salesman. I am naive about about ac units and they have NEVER taken advantage of me with emotional urgency to up sell new products. DOUBLE RECOMMEND.

I called this morning with a question regarding some issue with my AC system and some repaired suggested by a company sent by my home warranty. Ben answered the phone and spent some time answering the questions I had. Great customer service, I will definitively call them when my home warranty expires.

Updated 10/2018: had to call as one of my unit stop cooling. Got a prompt call back from Bruce and he showed up as scheduled that evening. After running some diagnostic, Bruce called me to explain what could be the problem. He even offered several options to fix the issue. Since I already had the part, he told me to go ahead and change it when I got home and call him back if I still had any problem. After a few minutes I received a call from Bruce, he had found a broken wire, fixed it and told me that the issue was fixed. Best of all since he was an easy fix, he refused to charge me despite spending time finding the issue and speaking with me on the phone since I was at work. This is the best customer service I have received ever. Please do not hesitate to call them and support a local company that really cares about their costumers.

Update 01/14/2022
Decided to update the outside AC unit due to age and poor performance. Bruce came by, gave me a quote, explained to me my options with no pressure at all. Price was great and I got the unit installed back in December. Unit looks awesome, installation looks professional and it performs as expected. From previous experience with this company I know my family and I are in good hands if anything happen.

Excellent experience with being a first time customer of Polar Express. They were able to come out on a "last minute" request and were very reasonable with the price point to fix the repair. Garrett was extremely professional and gave helpful tips and tricks to make our 12 yr old unit lasts until it "drops"! THANK YOU, Polar Express for a job well done! I would recommend this company 10 stars if it were available.

This company communicates better thru text. I got in contact with them after I was giving a very expensive quote from another company. Guy came, brought the piece needed to be replaced in my compressor, took him about 30 mins to do the job, and charged us a very decent price for it. Ended paying 1/2 of what originally the other company wanted to charged us. My recommendation is to do your own research about what's the average cost of Ac repairs according to the issue you have but, Polar Express is a life saver. Highly recommend!!

The guys at Polar Express are so nice and honest. I’ve used them for over 10 years and not once have they ever tried to push a repair or replacement that wasn’t needed. They always respond quickly when I call them.

Katy's Comfort A/C and Heating recently installed a new high efficiency heat pump system at our new residence in Fayetteville, Texas. The system was installed efficiently and on time. Our home was kept clean during the installation process, and was thoroughly cleaned upon completion.

Daniel Cortes has always been very professional, knowledgeable, prompt with his quotes and his service. He has always taken the time to explain what he proposes to do, how he's going to do the work, when he's going to do the work, and when he'll be complete.

Most importantly, I find Daniel Cortes to be a very honest person, and a very pleasant person to be around. I now classify him as a friend.

I am a retired builder after 48 years in construction. I have dealt with many HVAC companies. Take if from me, you will not find a better HVAC company than Katy's Comfort A/C and Heating!
