Called on Monday for annual a/c check and was given a time for the next morning. Lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. The tech (Omar) showed up exactly on time. He checked the system outside and inside, answered all my questions, and installed my soft start unit. He was extremely polite, professional, and did a great job including providing me with a detailed report. Overall a very pleasant experience at a very fair price. Highly recommend this company.

We met some of the amazing Crump technicians at the Katy 2025 Spring Home and Garden Show! We had been looking for a reputable company to provide regular maintenance to our HVAC system - also knowing we had some repairs needing to be made. We had to have our drain pan replaced and they took great care of us! A special thanks to Greg for his amazing and personable customer service along with a smooth and quick repair experience.

Jan 2026 Update- Along with Greg (mentioned above), special thanks as well to Bryce and the entire CRUMP team. They came out about a month ago for our bi-annual HVAC check and made sure our system was ready for cooler weather and they were never pushy on us replacing our almost almost 20 year old system, but were honest about its condition and to stay in touch. Well the time came and we decided to get a full replacement including vent work. They gave us a handful of routes to take with quotes along with in-house financing options. We were able to take our time and get back to them with our decision- no pressure at any point. They came out yesterday and there customer service was top notch and each of them were a pleasure to have in our home. We were promised we would experience the difference immediately in comfort of temp regulation and even smell of our home and they were right!

Crump responded really quickly when my AC failed and I had Bryce here the next day. Turned out I needed a new furnace as my control board was obsolete - Bryce spent a lot of time trying to find a replacement but the manufacturer no longer made it. Had the new furnace installed 2 days later. The guys were courteous and on time and had the job done in 3hrs. I’ve used Crump before and while I hope I never have to use them again I would do in a heartbeat.

Our upstairs AC went out late last night when the thermostat unregistered itself and airflow nearly stopped — and of course, that’s where our kids sleep. The gentleman who took our call spent 15 minutes walking us through quick remedies we could try right away and promised to send help first thing in the morning.

Right on time, Bryce arrived — the kindest, most personable tech we’ve ever met. He left no stone unturned, explained everything clearly, and taught us what to do if issues ever pop up again. The service was professional, affordable, and truly above and beyond.

We recently purchased a home here in Cypress. Well, one of a most feared events happened. Yup, AC stopped working, 95+ degrees and no AC!! Went online to get recommendations, one stuck out, Crump A/C and Heating. Called after 6pm, tech (Greg) was at our house by 7:15, left around 8:30. Good news, he got it working. Bad news, it needed to be fixed or replaced. We opted for replacing the unit(it’s been the original to the house) well, Greg and Crew came the next day and got us all set up. Techs were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and personable. We are cool and happy in our new home.
