The experience I had with Varsity Zone of Katy was incredible. It's good to know that true customer service still exists. I spoke with Chris, who is the manager and I was blown away by his knowledge and expertise. He took the time to explain in detail everything that he was doing.And everything that was done. His honesty and integrity was beyond reproach. He and his technician had me back up and running twenty four hours after my original phone call to him. I plan on telling everyone I know about Varsity Zone, i hope nothing else goes wrong with my air conditioning. But if that's the case, I will most definitely be calling them back.

They replaced a 3.5 tonnage coil and condenser for our downstairs A/C unit. They also cleaned our upstairs condenser unit.

My father is an engineer and he never liked the companies that would come out to service things in our home. He always felt they were trying to take advantage of us. Crump A/C was the first company I have ever had come to the house that my father was actually happy with.

They wore masks when coming to check on our system and also when they came back to do the work. They will wear gloves as well if you would like them to.

I had an A/C duct that was sweating onto an upstairs ceiling. Bryce was able to determine that a long section of duct leading to the area was broken causing the issue. They replaced it with a new duct and retaped other connections that were not sealed properly. Expert job done right. Thank you Crump A/C!

A well installed HVAC ensures a home's energy efficiency and air quality. My new home's (4 yrs old) HVAC's plenum was improperly installed and led to problems for several years. Crump located the source of my system's problem, reinstalled a new plenum designed for my system, properly flanged each duct to the plenum and I now have an efficient system where moisture and mold are NOT building up in the plenum and moisture is NOT condensing on the duct joints in the attic. Just wish the builder had done it right from the start! Thanks to Bryce Berry and Greg Sattler for their professional install.

After another company tried to get me to pay for an expensive “urgent” repair, I called some other companies recommended by friends, and Crump A/C and Heating was by far the best. Amber talked me through potential issues that the previous A/C company could have been recommending be repaired, and then discussed working with my home warranty after they came out to assess any issues. Bryce was my technician and came out promptly. He was so nice and listened to what the previous company explained and went to go check for himself. He took pictures of the areas in question which revealed the “urgent” repair was completely unnecessary. He did discover the root of the problem which he promptly fixed and was covered in their service fee. Did I mention they are super affordable?!?! Compared to the other places I called that were recommended by friends to me, they offer great pricing. A family friend who has been in the commercial a/c business since the 70’s gave me some key terms to look for when searching for a trusted a/c company and they checked every box. That was long, but they are worth it!
