my AC went out in my house and I called 2 companies already and they both said I have a leak in my evaporator coil and quoted me over $16,000 for a new unit and I called Elite because he came highly recommended from a friend wow am I impressed within an hour the technician found the leak and even repaired it and now my house has been cooling alittle too cold but I’m not complaining I’m truly impressed by Brian’s honesty workmanship and fairness I recommend this company to everyone who needs great service I can’t believe he showed me where I was leaking Freon and showed me the coil bubbling up and showed me after photos too I will also be buying a preventative Maitinence with Elite because if they can keep me keep running as long as possible the better it is for be I can’t afford a new unit right now

Our AC went out and was told a few summers back I had a leak in my evaporator coil and I called ELITE and they came out I spoke with a guy named Brian he was able to find that leak that companies charge me to refill with Freon every summer and he even showed me where the leak was bubbling from this is by far the best service I have ever received I will be reccomending this company to everyone and Brian was so knowledgeable I really appreciate how he truly went above and beyond to repair our A/C he took care of us and I can tell he really cares about his work thank you Elite !!

After my wife and I awoke one morning to our A/C unit not cooling the house properly (after the first year living in it) we knew we would need some assistance with our issue. We contacted Elite Service Pros and the team setup an emergency visit for the next day. The service was excellent and transparency from the technician Brian helped us to understand more about the issues of an A/C unit and the process of fixing home owner issues.

Brian picked up my call very promptly and after checking my address got back with me very quickly to let me know there was a technician in my area that was available for same day service which was greatly appreciated. When Adrian did arrive he was very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, he walked me through his whole diagnostic, the repair itself, and even shared tips me on what I can do to maintain my unit between visits.
