A happy customer of Mr. Sabry’s business for 10 years. Recently the a/c unit stopped cooling and in this summer heat, I knew it needed to be fixed quickly. Called early, at 7 am, Mr. Sabry answered and assured they would be out same day. A few hours later service tech came and fixed the problem. We have the yearly preventative maintenance and filters with his company. 5 star always provides excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and quick service to fix a problem. A huge plus, Mr. Sabry, the owner, is easy to get in touch with. He explains what is going on, answers questions, and is great with tips for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend using 5 Star A/C.

This is a top notch company run by a top notch guy (Sobre) probably spelled that wrong 😑 absolutely love this A/C company and recommend them to everyone that is looking for a really good A/C company! Pricing on work needed away feels very honest never feel like you are being taken advantage of Sobre always looks out for your pocket book! Very honest man and company! I have had the best experiences with Mr Sabry and his team both at my primary house and my rental home. I will only use 5 star AC because I can trust them to only repair what is needed and to also give me consultation on what is the best thing to do. Mr Sabry saved me about $15k on my house in Galveston, when two other companies were suggesting I replace my entire system, he told me that I only needed to replace the outside unit and add a few returns, and sure enough that cleared up my issue at a fraction of the cost others were recommending. I know that I’m in good hands with this company

Amazing job. My air conditioner broke last night and my house was an oven. I found 5 Star A/C company on Google and called them and came last night and fixed my air conditioning unit. I am So happy that they were able to help me! I recommend them big time!

June of 2023 we had AC problems and posted above information. This company and the service we received was outstanding!
August 2024 update! Had AC issues the box outside not working. This company came out that night to get us thru the night and replaced the unit the next day! Price was great! We also have a 10 year warranty on all parts including the condenser. I highly recommend calling this company with any AC and or heat problems you may have.

I was very impressed with the service. My ac went out in 100-degree weather at 8pm. When I called, the owner answered and said he would send someone right away. His tech apparently couldn't make it, so the owner himself showed up so we didn't have to sleep in the heat.. I am so grateful and will call this company for all my ac needs.

Our family has been using 5 Star A/C Filter as our AC service for over 10 years now. The company is consistently excellent in every way. Customer service is spectacular - they get back to you right away. The techs are great - they are polite, clean (wear the shoe cover booties), and get the job done quickly and correctly. The owner, Sabry, is very involved in his company. He truly wants to make sure that everything is working well, and that you are cool and happy in your air-conditioned home. They are always very quick to get to your house when you have an issue. For example, this past Sunday night, I sent an email that something was wrong with AC, and they had a technician at my house at 10 am the next morning. I recommend this company to everyone I know who has an AC because you can't live without good working AC in the Houston area. I should also mention that through the yearly maintenance program, our AC units lasted over 14 years. I think the prices are fair and reasonable, and cheaper than when I quote with other companies, but, tbh, I even if I found a cheaper AC company, I wouldn't switch because 5 Star A/C Filter is worth every penny. I also appreciate that now you can pay online with your card. I can't say enough good things about 5 Star A/C Filter.
