Had our AC go out last night which,
in this heat is brutal. Gave them a call when they opened at 8am and they we’re able to come to the house, diagnose the issue (capacitor and fan motor), and replace both before noon. Josh, our service tech, was phenomenal and did a great job assisting us!

I've been using Airtec for 2 years now and this company goes above and beyond for you. They are honest and reasonably priced and always do an amazing job. Definitely recommend.

Our AC was blowing out hot air. Josh found the issue and replaced the capacitor and motor all within an hour! Had a great experience working with him. Very professional and reasonable price. Definitely recommend 👍

We got an estimate of what we needed from 4 companies . Two of them were more economical than this company, however this company seemed genuine and friendly from the start. They were also great at explaining everything in detail. From the beginning to the end of process, everything ran smoothly. The work was fast and efficient and the people were all great honest hard working people.They were great honestly!

The Airtec air conditioning are extremely professional and loyal to their business. I had recently got two new outer units, and one AC had was working but the drainage water was going back, so they came up drained out the whole water and what repair needed they did it. I’m extremely satisfied with their work. They’re on time and are very dedicated towards their business. They have the payment plan option available so it’s not heavy on ur pocket to think how things can be done. I would recommend everyone who is looking for the repair in their Ac they are the right ppl to call. Happy amd satisfied with their work👍

Doing business with AIRTEC was smooth. Josh was very responsive, answering all my questions and concerns. He offered the most reasonable quote for the work needed to repair the issue with a breakdown of charges. He showed up on time, thoroughly completed the work as discussed and verified the system was running to spec. Needless to say the a/c is humming again and the house is comfortable.

If you are needing service or units, Josh and his team are the ones to call. Josh came out late in the evening and serviced our downed unit. Josh stayed in contact and showed up when he said he would. Josh fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't try and sell you on something you don't need. Insanely great service! When my A/C unit broke down late in the evening, I called numerous companies that advertised "24 Hour Service". None of them really did . . . except for Airtec. When technician Josh showed up, slightly after 9:30 p.m. - a little more than thirty minutes after I called - he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within minutes. And he didn't stop there; he also finished installing a new thermostat that I hd started to install, and did a much better job than I would have done. On top of that, Josh was friendly, courteous, and overall impeccably professional. Five stars is not enough for Airtec; they raise the bar for A/C service . . . even at 10 p.m.!

Josh was very professional and on time. He worked clean and picked up after his self. He removed his shoes 👞 before before coming in the house, he even called the next few days to see if everything is okay and working properly.

Josh and Fernando provided OUTSTANDING service. They explained everything, did quality work and then “stuck around” for 15mins to ensure that the new system was working properly! THEN, they went room-to-room and measured the temperature to be 100% certain that we were satisfied! I HIGHLY recommend AirTec as a top rated HVAC service provider!!

Josh was Awesome. He was so detailed checked everything in detail gave me tips on how to keep my hvac working good. He was very knowledgeable. He was honest he didn't try to make extra money on me by telling me stuff needed replaced. I was so stressed that I would have to spend alot of money but he checked everything and was honest. He did not Pressure me into any sales pitch. He was so respectful the minute he got to my front door he put shoe covers on his shoes and even picked up the insulation pieces that felt from the addict. Very professional service with honest service and communication with my tenants and owners. I called Jun and Josh showed up and quickly responded to a late evening emergency call and resolved the air conditioner problem. Will use them again. They always have recommendations with reasonable prices. I’ve used them for several years and they always provide excellent service at a reasonable price. This company has not made me do anything I wasn’t comfortable with and actually it never got to that point. Give them a call you’ll be glad you did.

I’m glad we chose Josh and his team for our new system. Josh and his install team ran into unforeseen challenges installing a new Trane 4-ton air conditioning system in my house. Everything went really well except when running a new wire for the smart thermostat for the first floor of a 2-story house. Josh and his team expended great time and effort to fish a new wire and complete the job to very high standards. Many crews would have found a shortcut or a compromise to save time and finish much sooner, but Josh’s team was committed to delivering superior service for our install. They did a great job and and showed their commitment to quality work with attention to the details!!
