I recommend Ideal Air Services for your AC maintenance and repairs! They are professional, friendly, and I'm so glad that I took a chance with them! I've had their maintenance plan for a year now and have needed them for a repair or 2 and they always do a good job of making you feel like a long time customer, not just "another customer". They take their time, explain things well, and do a great job!

BIG THANKS to Sebastian with Ideal Air Services for coming out today and conducting my residential air conditioning and heating checkup and NOT taking me to the cleaners! During this routine check, he found that the heater in my new Trane system was not performing as designed due to the system being wired wrong and incorrect system configuration. Dalton was very nice, and extremely courteous! That is something that says a lot...not only about the technician but about the company. After servicing, he explained everything he found with the unit. We have used Ideal in the past and will continue as the need arises.

Ideal Air is the third AC maintenance and repair company I have tried in three years, and I can say with confidence that I have finally found a company that treated me like a valued customer and not just another old person to fleece. Ideal Air was able to get a truck to my home on the same day my AC broke down. The technician, Sebastian, was early, courteous, thorough, and respectful of me and my AC unit. He diagnosed the problem component, explained it to me, gave me options and pointed out what my mfg. warranty would cover if he was unable to repair the problem immediately. Luckily, he was able to resolve my problem right then and do the rest of a seasonal tune-up. I only paid the service call and seasonal tune-up fees I expected, no additional charges or surprises even though it took over two hours to complete. Sebastian was thorough and professional the whole time. I highly recommend Ideal Air. I live in West Houston.

I’ve been using Ideal Air for eight years in my current home. They are fantastic! We’ve done lots of great work with them. We’ve had one system replaced with them a s it’s amazing. We just had Joseph out recently to do usual maintenance and as all the guys are like Joseph, he did a really good job talking through my system and things to be watching for and I have two aging systems. I know at the end of their life that need to be looked at and he was very good to show me in detail how they are and need to think about the future. We’ve had them come out to do repairs and capacitors and things have gone out and they’re always quick to respond and get things back up and running. Need a good AC guys you found them right here.

They are fantastic I have used them for 5+ years. I recently replaced both ac units with them. The process was easy and handled very professionally. All of there service calls prior to that and after are handled the same way. They are quick to respond and prioritize their customers as much as possible. I’d highly recommend them. I saw a big drop in Electricity usage after the new system went in.

These guys did an outstanding job! Very knowledgeable and took time to show/tell me what the issue was. Will only be going with them for anything A/C related from now on!

Made call at 10pm came out same night to diagnose. Was back next morning to replace blower motor in the attic. Was done and air back up and running before lunch. Fair price for repair, Josh is very respectful guy and I will definitely be calling him again when needed and recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC services. A++

Airtec was able to come out the same day to fix my clogged drain hose on my A/C unit. More importantly, they gave me advice on how to periodically flush the drain hose line to prevent the same problem from occurring in the future. I appreciate that knowledge, as no one had ever told me that I would need to flush the lines on some scheduled basis. I am truly grateful.

Jun went above and beyond in every aspect of offering his services so that I could replace my entire system. He made it affordable, convenient and an overall positive experience! I recommend Airtec to anyone in need of their services!

Found this great company using NextDoor. Very professional and competent. I would definitely use again if I had any AC or HVAC problems. My current situation is one that was out of his control but he did his best to try and rectify the problem and I definitely appreciate that.

This is a type of company you actually store there contact info into your phone. I will only be using this company for my residential and commercial units moving forward. Josh was attentive, informative and professional! Very rare with AC 'companies' in the Houston area, that I have experienced.
