Great service! We had an A/C Tune-up done on our 2 units. Stephen was very thorough and professional.

Eric saved my home !!!!! My new home….my ac was tripping my breaker and shutting off…..why ? Because the electrical whip from the Disconnect to the condenser was arcing at the line set hole behind the hearty plank. This possibly could have cause a fire! Eric is the best came out next day and fixed us right up !!!! Eric you rock ! 🌟

We have had Ideal Air Services service our AC unit for many years. They have always done an excellent job. Oscar from their team just did our winter service and he took the time to review what he was going to do when he arrived. He completed the service and then reviewed what he found. I recommend them for anyone who needs a reliable company that they can trust.

I have been dealing with higher than normal levels of humidity in my home and dealt with various HVAC contractors, no one could give me a straight answer as to the root cause of my continuing issues with my HVAC, just options to sell..... fast forward to some days ago and IDEAL AIR came to inspect my system and provided a full diagnostic check of my HVAC system. They performed the system repair flawlessly and i now have a livable home again with humidity ranging between 45-54 %.. I will no doubt be using IDEAL AIR going forward for my maintenance visits .

Awesome Service from making the initial appointment to the completion of the service. Ideal Air costs an service suggestions are honest and fair. My technician Allen was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very clean and respectful toward the care of my property. I am now a fan and will definitely be using them going forward again.

Scheduling of service was easy. The technician, Dalton, arrived at the start of the promised time window. He was courteous and wore protective slippers every time he entered the house. All my questions were answered. Definitely will use Ideal Air Services again.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to just to share my wonderful experience.

Their service is top notch, and prices are reasonable.

I was quoted over $400 for a repair by another company. I called Ideal to do a second look. Not only were they able to come out that same day (in the evening no less) to look at the issue, they were able to fix the issue (repair wasn’t actually needed, just cleaning), and I was able to save $300!

Out of the five HVAC companies I contacted, Ideal Air Services was hands-down the best. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Allen, the original technician, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable—he clearly explained the issues and set the stage for a smooth repair process. Aidan and Brandon followed through with replacing the warranty compressor, and their work was top-notch. They were efficient, respectful, and made sure everything was done right, including leak checks, vacuum, and recharge. Ideal Air Services truly goes above and beyond. I was referred by another customer who had the technician, Oscar and they were happy with their service so I decided to call and give them a try also. Robert came out and diagnosed my issue and was very prompt and professional. I then met with Marian in Sales and I decided to go with a new Trane. He was very also very prompt, professional and knowledgeable and not pushy at all selling me a new unit. I'm glad that I contacted this company and do appreciate the excellent customer service from their office staff who handle their calls, their technician and the sales department. I highly recommend this company. I'll leave another review after my AC is installed. So far everything has been great!

Came to my place, charge me for a "tune up" service that is just a check up and now my A/C is draining water over the ceiling on the 2nd floor. The good thing is that they amend the mistake and repaired everything.. Very professional and courteous staff.

I was having trouble trouble with my downstairs unit properly cooling last night. At 10 AM I called Ideal Air to see if I could get an appointment for today. My technician Allen showed up at 11 AM. He explained to me exactly what the problem was with my AC. He was both professional and efficient. My AC was fixed by 12 noon.

Had Allen come out because our AC started to show signs of not cooling as well in the evenings. He gave his diagnosis, was great at helping us understand it, and walked us through available remedies. Topped off our coolant in the meantime, and celebrated a Baylor Bears OT win with us. Although he stopped short of a "Geaux Tigers", he gets a 5star "Roll Tide" from us. Great work.
