Stephen came to my house to perform maintenance work on the air conditioning system. He was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Ideal performed some work on the system previously and everything is still working great. If you’re in need of good honest service, please call Ideal Air Services and ask for Stephen.

So disappointed. They were recommended by someone we know to check our AC which had stopped working. The AC fuses were blown as 2 of their techs mentioned but the AC unit itself was fine. Their second tech came and changed the fuses and air was back. Both techs did check the AC unit for any other issues. I was told the price quote was for labor and parts by their tech which did seem unreasonably high. The parts are 3 fuses as mentioned on invoice also. Be aware, they will take advantage and overcharge on parts. I did not expect a family-owned business to do this. Whoever decided on this price quote at Ideal Air is downright dishonest.

When our a/c had an issue, we picked Ideal Air Services. Years later the a/c had to be replaced. Ideal Air worked with us, picked the best unit and was installed quickly. Everyone from start to finish made the process smooth. The technicians are nice, thorough, informative, clean and highly professional. We will only use Ideal Air Services for our a/c and heating needs. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service. I am moved into a new build home about 4 years ago and I have had nothing but issues with our HVAC system. Not sure who the contractor was that did the install but we got the short end of the stick in Fulshear. I wish I would have got a service agreement when I moved into the home but I assumed everything would work fine for more than 4 years. Debra, Dalton, and Diyan have been great. We have had a motor and a circuit board go out on our 4 year old furnace as well as drain issues and the system not being charged correctly when we moved in. Whether you have a new build or not, definitely call them and get a service agreement set up. The peace of mind is definitely worth it.

Technician arrived early and was very thorough with the explanation of my heater check-up. I've been a client for years and always on their maintenance plan.

Allen came to check our AC system. He arrived on time and went about checking our system in a very professional manner. Our visit today was included in the service plan Ideal Air Services offers and therefore had no charge. We are very pleased with their service.

This company is fantastic to work with and Allen is a great technician. He's personable and professional and does a good job explaining what's happening with your system. He made suggestions for improving the system without putting pressure on you to purchase anything. I'd recommend Ideal Air to anyone needing Heating and Cooling maintenance.

First experience with company - impressed with technical knowledge of Allan. Arrived with in time window and great communication with the Tera at their main office.

About a week ago, I had them come out to my house for a checkup on my faulty AC. They had a significant rating above the others and they were close by so I went with them. While they're service was on par, they had no respect for my house. The doors were flung wide open, letting my cat out of the house down the neighborhood, they were leaving footprints in my floor, and even one of them on their phone in the halls when I walked in. This is not the service I need from a 5 star company. Would not recommend.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail from Ideal Air Services. Allen arrived promptly, listened to me braindump my concerns and he took the time to extensively explain his findings. He was very meticulous and it's obvious he takes great pride in his workmanship. I don't write reviews often but these folks exude excellence & with that being rarity, it's definitely worth telling others, even if Allen misspells his name ;)

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the Texas summer, and Allen did a great job helping us out! He arrived on time, identified the issue, and quickly fixed the problem for us! He was very kind and patient and did a great job explaining to us what and why it happened.
Also, my dog wasn't happy with a stranger in the house, but he responded very calmly and kindly to her too.

Ideal Air Services Katy has my loyalty as a customer. We have had the same service technician for each repair. Dalton is extremely knowledgeable with HVAC. Very professional person and he takes time to answer all of my questions. Our AC stopped working last night, and they had a technician at our house this afternoon. It’s August and we are grateful for the same day service! Thank you Ideal Air Services for the excellent service.

First, we had an emergency on Friday evening after 5:00pm of course. Much to my surprise, someone answered the phone.
I just recently signed up in June when Allen came to access our air conditioner. So when Allen was able to come out on Sat, I was very appreciative. After examining the unit very thoroughly, he couldn't find why the unit went off. He is trying to help us get the best mileage on a very old unit, because we cannot afford a new one right now. He gave me some very helpful hints of things to do. I appreciate this young man's knowledge and expertise at what he does. Also, his willingness to listen to me.
When we do need to replace the unit, I will definitely be calling him back. And because I followed his advice about the service agreement, I didn't pay for this visit. Hallelujah. Bernice Kokel, Houston

Allen was awesome! we have ventilation issues with fan in the bathroom and he installed an updated fan for us and made sure the duct work was all right to address our high humidity issue. He was very diligent with his work and fantastic communication through the visit and repairs. thank you!

The starter capacitor on my AC unit went out and I called to have my AC fixed. They are very nice and helpful when you call them. They told me that they could have someone there the next day just after noon, Oscar. He has been here before and is a good Tech. Later that day I got a call from Ideal air and they said that Alan was free and could stop by. Alan has been here before and is a good Tech also. Alan fixed the starter Capacitor and went over the hold unit. I was very pleased with the service we received.

Recently, of course on a Saturday afternoon, our AC went out. I called Ideal Air as I have been using Ideal Air for about 20 years. Allen showed up at 9:00 am Sunday morning. He diagnosed the issue, explained it to where I could understand, and provided a cost estimate that was reasonable. Very happy with Allen’s service, we were cool by noon. Over the years they have provided wonderful, consistent service at a very fair price.

We really appreciate Stephen and Brandon taking care of our AC issues in such a professional and efficient manner. They did a great job in minimal time. Also, we appreciate Ideal Air scheduling us as early as possible. We highly recommend them for any air conditioning issues. Great job!!!

Allen came by to check on my air conditioner after it unexpectedly stopped working the night before. Even though the unit started working again after I shut it off and turned it back on, Allen still took the time to thoroughly inspect everything to make sure there were no underlying issues.

He was professional, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable—he explained things in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t rush through the visit at all. It’s reassuring to have someone who knows exactly what they’re doing and truly cares about getting it right.
