This is a good A/C company. This is the first time, the owner of the A/C company came to talk to me and explain his company process and prices. This company is honest and does great work.

I called this company because they are listed on Goodmen repair warranty website. I called them Sunday evening and explained we had a repair company come out and wanted to charge us $800 for parts & labor so I decided to call a company listed within our warranty. I told them what the previous company said needed repaired and explained I’d like to use the parts warranty. They said no problem, we’ll call you in the morning with a quote. I thought great!
Well they called and said it would be $950 for a part that wasn’t even broken. They wanted to replace our whole compressor when I told them exactly what needed to be replaced via the previous company and I asked if the compressor and capacitor were the same thing and they said YES. I called a different company just to be sure and they said that is the craziest thing they’ve ever heard and came out within a hour and replaced the capacitor for $50! Then I contacted this company and they shamed me for not calling back. I gave this company a chance to provide me with good honest service and they failed. What blows my mind is I told them the previous company didn’t say anything about a compressor.. and asked is the compressor and capacitor the same thing I asked.. and they said YES. Then for them to shame me for not answering my phone is crazy. I gave you all the correct information and it’s not my fault you didn’t listen. Why would I call a company back who did that..

I needed an emergency repair to my AC unit at around 11:00 pm. The company decided to help me and my family by getting my AC unit back online that same night. I received excellent service from this company!

Within 3 hours of me calling, they were able to fix my a/c. Excellent service. Cannot recommend enough!

I was in jam on a Saturday night when A/C system stopped working. After multiple calls to multiple companies 5 star was the only company with the compassion to show up and fix the problem. Then also recognized a flaw in my heating system that was potentially a danger, he came back on Monday and fixed that and also sold my some quality filters the help my with allergies. Very professional and nice people

I started using their services since 2007, and since then they are always here on time whenever I need them.
I am moving a lot and have moved 8 times for the last 8 years and everytime I call them to inspect the A/C before moving they always give me an honest opinion that has saved me a lot of money.
All the staff that I dealt with and their Manager are very knowledgeable, friendly, always straight to the point and as for the cost they are more than reasonable.
