Mr Sabry and his young man/ son are amazing , my top evaporator coil been broken due to age it was carrier's production.
People in the market want to replace my whole system, and they keep saying that since December 2024, no more 410a production it time for 454b, I called to 5 star AC the owner and his son showed up.
They told me it doesn't need to replace the whole system , only coile, and that coile would work for 410a and 454b as well.
They save me $5000.
They gave very good advice about the ac system and installed me compressor saver.
I canceled my AC maintenance warranty with HomeServe, 5 star is my AC and heating maintenance now.
They gave me 10 years written warranty for part and Labor

We were thoroughly impressed by this company! They came out at 10:30PM to assess our AC and try to get us relief. Then they ended up getting back to us first thing the next morning and giving us the best price they could muster. We are so grateful for their service! And our AC!!

After 10 years, and two different AC companies, Five Star AC’s technician was the first one who was knowledgeable enough to change the fan speed dip switches for me and explain to me what he did so I could understand what was done.

I can't say enough good things about 5 Star A/C & Filter. On a Sunday evening at 8PM, when no technicians were available and all hardware stores were closed, the owner himself (Sabry Eskandr) came out to my house to help with my AC unit. I had diagnosed the issue over the phone as a faulty compressor capacitor, and incredibly, he had one on hand and made the drive out on a whim just to help me out.

This kind of dedication and customer care is rare. He went above and beyond, and thanks to his quick response, my home was cool again in no time. If you're looking for a company that truly cares and delivers top-notch service, 5 Star A/C & Filter is the one to call. Highly recommended!

Just got my motor and capacitor replaced, I really like the work they did. Technicians are very knowledgeable, they are easy to talk to if you have any questions. Work is done safely and efficiently in timely manner ( they finished in less than an hr ). When you call them on phone they answer pretty quickly and if they couldn’t, they call you back right after. 5 Star replaced our AC unit quickly and at a great price. I liked the quick response time and the follow up visit to make sure everything was good and we were satisfied. I found the team to be professional and the customer service outstanding.
The guys at 5 Star have been helping us for years with our house AC service. We knew our AC unit was old and would be due for replacement soon. When we had problems, the guys were quick to come out. They had the old unit working but the unit was just worn out and we needed a new unit. Two days later they were back and had a new unit installed. They even followed up with us over the next two days to verify everything was working and we were satisfied.
