Greg Sattler was our tech. Very professional, very efficient and very polite. He assessed the AC problem immediately, offered recommendations and answered all of my questions. So happy we found Crump a few years ago and can always rely on their service .

Highly recommend! I’ve used Crump with my place of business, but this was the first time I used them with my personal home and I will not go back to anyone else!

Our AC went out over the weekend. My husband (against my better judgement) called someone out who worked on the weekend. They quoted us an astronomical amount of money for the work that was needed.

I trusted my gut and reached out to Crump. They emailed me Sunday evening saying they could be there Monday. They showed up on time, was very honest and professional, gave us an honest price. Almost $3k less than the scam artist we first called.

We wanted to move forward asap because with two littles, we needed to get the work done. Amber at the office was more than happy to deal with me being *extra* at times.

The Crump team came out and installed it the next day to get us up and running and cool again! I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heating repair.

I've worked with several different AC companies in my lifetime and this company has been the best!!! I was notified via text for my appointment time and again when the technician was on his way. The technicians Greg and Bryce were very professional and did a great job with our unit.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Crump A/C and Heating. Amber was so pleasant on the phone and made scheduling easy. Greg arrived promptly, was super polite and professional, and diagnosed our AC condenser problem quickly. The part needed to be ordered, which arrived ahead of schedule, and Seth and Bryce returned the next day, replacing the part in no time. We will be happy to work with this company again.

Bryce did a great job, checked things throughly, and not once pressured sales on me. Explained what needed to be done today, and pointed out a few things that will need repaired but was not urgent. Overall an exceptional experience.extremely friendly and personable! Would give 10 stars if I could! LOVE Crump AC and Heating company. Been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now!

Excellent service. Omar showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly, explained what the problem was clearly and the rates were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again for any ac issues.

The repairmen arrived in the window of time that was previously indicated which was a nice start. They quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. They did a good job of making sure the fix worked and that there were no other issues both inside and outside the house. Very personable and professional. Plus, the cost was very reasonable. Actually less than what I expected. Great job.

Update 7/2023 - This year we had to replace both AC systems 3 months apart. Their recommendations were spot on and our house has never felt more comfortable, all while using less power during this heatwave. I cannot recommend their services enough. As part of the install, they were able to properly balance the AC systems and provided recommendations on the types of ceiling vent grilles to maximize airflow. They left no trace behind after both installations, something that cannot be said for all service providers.

The Crump Team was very responsive to our appointment request and was very flexible around our busy schedules. The work performed was great and I never felt pressured to do more than was necessary. I highly recommend their services!

Updated... I have now used Crump AC at 3 homes and they just keep getting better! You won't regret calling them!

Crump AC is spectacular. A family owned business that truly appreciates their customers. Bryce came back today and had to replace my AC capacitor. I was HIGHLY impressed with this company. Seth came out and took a look at our Commercial system and sat down with me and explained everything.He was completely transparent and told me what to expect. He got our AC up and running in no time at all. I felt at ease the entire time knowing I wasn't getting taken advantage off. I would 100 percent use this company again in the future. It was a no brainer after talking to Bryce. He just inspired confidence.

Great scheduling service and on time, but very expensive. Total bill $370 to replace a $50 contactor, check freon (did not fill) and service call. Did not get approval before starting work!
