Easily the most incompetent and worst ran supply house in the greater Houston area.

Every carrier u go to there is a longer then wait , you might as well pack a lunch !
Slow service so if u need anything make sure u come a week in advance lmfao 🤪

Would have expected more from a brand new location. Unable to warranty Trade Pro capacitors as well as top-tech UV light systems. Store manager said " You are only able to warranty items from the location they were purchased from." Needless to say, this location will not be getting any business from my company, willingly.

This store need a better manager or better training it takes so long just to get a answer on the phone and when someone does pick up they answer and just place the phone on the counter and don't say anything until they are ready to very un proffecional. On top of that employees cannot multi task and get me a location on where parts are and has to to give me a call back just for this task. Compared to other manufacturers they are quick sharp and get me the info I need and if you think service is better in person you are wrong ! CARRIER I WANNA DO BUISNESS WITH YOU BUT STEP UP YOUR GAME TIME IS MONEY YALL SHOULD KNOW THIS
