AMS ColdPro is definitely our go to AC repair company. Huy is very responsive and extremely prompt, courteous, and analyzed our AC issues quickly and efficiently. Huy added some parts that assists the start-up ease of our units and was very reasonably priced. We are very happy and will use Huy for all our AC repairs and/or replacements.

Quality fast service. Problem resolved in one day. Thought I needed a whole new system. Turns out it was just a control board that needed to be replaced. Well done troubleshooting and resolving the problem in a timely manner.

Our heater broke very late Sunday night so I sent Ams ColdPro a message asking to schedule.Regardless how late it was they responded & worked me in first thing Monday morning. They arrived early & diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. After giving me two options for repair they headed back to the shop to fix the broken part in-house. Showed up the very next morning and repaired the unit. They were beyond fair with pricing as other service companies wanted twice the amount just to come out and diagnose the problem. When I say the customer service is phenomenal, it truly is. I've known Huy for a bit of time, but it was my first time needing his help for my AC. It was throwing some oddly high humidity levels and I wasn't sure why despite my efforts so I annoyingly asked for his advice one day.

Not only he gave me some great information, he scheduled me in the next two days after we last spoke. When he arrived, he thoroughly checked my AC, showed me a couple of things the last AC company check (its for a 1 year AC maintenance check from my builder) which they totally missed, and even did some ✨️AC magic✨️ with my settings which dropped my 68ish% humidity level to 61% in a matter of 9 hours for BOTH floors. Seriously, amazing.

AMS was responsive via text message and even showed up early! He evaluated my system and showed me the two parts that were bad and didn’t say I needed to spend a million dollars on a new system. He had to get one part though and returned the next day right on time and our house was cooling within the hour. Friendly and professional, really liked AMS, will use again

AWESOME SERVICE
About 9:00 yesterday evening we noticed that our A/C wasn’t cooling properly. I did a quick search and called 2 companies that claim 24 hour service. One never called me back. The other took my information but didn’t call back until 8:00 this morning. While waiting my wife called AMS ColdPro. The appointment was made before the other company called.
Heuy was on time, polite, friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and provided a cost for the repair. The system was repaired and we couldn’t be happier. We now have an A/C company that we can call and believe in.

I don’t even know where to begin! I've had this company come to my house every year to maintain the system in my 2008 home, which we purchased new. Thanks to their outstanding service, my unit lasted far longer than expected. Recently, I needed two complete new systems installed at the last minute, and they completed the entire job in just one day! The technicians even installed new ducts to better distribute the airflow among three rooms. Before, the master bedroom was getting most of the cold air. They took it upon themselves to go the extra mile, reorganizing and adjusting the ducts in the attic so well that it looked like a piece of artwork.

When I got home, Roberto personally took me up to the attic, walked me through the new setup, and explained everything in detail. I couldn’t believe my eyes! Not only did they do an incredible job, but they also made sure not to leave a mess and even hauled away the old system for disposal. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else so give them a call! You absolutely won’t regret it.
