Vu Tran, A/C technician from BVS, represents the company well. I received a phone call prior to his visit and he was timely. He was respectful of my home. Vu came in to inspect and provide necessary maintenance to my units. He did an assessment of my units and was informative about their working conditions as well as any implications for the units/system. I’m happy with the service rendered. Vu is an asset to BVS. Installed 2 new high efficiency AC DAIKIN Units. Up dated all ducts and returns in my home and airplane hanger.
They did exactly what they quoted.
System is a great improvement over the existing one that was replaced.

We have the bi-annual inspection plan. They do a great job making sure our home is ready to handle the extreme temps of Houston. And great to know they are just a call away if anything stops working!

I'm beyond happy with the service I have received from BVS over the years. My air conditioner broke in November 2024. I can't complain because my system was over 18 years old and they had been serving it for as long as I had it, that's why it lasted so long. They replaced my whole system in one day. Jamol was a great technician, he was very patient, and explained every detail of the solution, there was a loose wire in the compressor that had to be rerouted, and there was no charge, this is the type of service that consumers want but rarely ever get. BVS took care of me for many years In my home. Having moved to an apartment I wanted a Wi-Fi thermostat and called Brazos Valley to install it. In the process, they also noticed some bad wiring on the main unit and took it upon themselves to replace that to prevent future problems. Everything was installed and working wonderfully and I appreciated the extra effort and thoughtfulness. They are a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anybody for their air conditioning or heating needs.

My experience with BVS is some of the most unethical, unprofessional, and disrespectful encounters I have ever dealt with any business. The sales representative literally mocked me for asking a question and be little my intelligence. Lied straight to my face and not only did the service not fix any of the issues he claimed would be fixed but made the system worse. Icing on the cake this was due to my son being born and creating a more comfortable environment for him. Thanks BVS for lying and taking advantage of a new born baby and family.
