Chris English as my technician, I waited a few days so that I could get him to come out to look over my HVAC systems. He is worth the little wait. I don't want to say he is the only great technician, I just wanted to make clear that I have had him come out every time I need my HVAC looked at or just P.M. maintenance done. He is fast and he checks his work to make sure he has solved any issues have been dealt with. He is not Superman, so if your HVAC is broke he can't wave his hand and make it work. But he does know his stuff, and knows how to make your system work great.
I'm a member of their VIP customers, you pay a monthly fee, but you get perks and discounts that comes in handy when your system breaks.

My service technician Mr. Chance did an awesome job. Did work to our a/c unit and did a full inspection and let us know what issues he saw. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Christopher came out after two other companies and found a rusted heat exchanger on a 22 year old furnace witch was missed by the other companies. He also redesigned my duct work, and the home feels great. I slept great at night nowing everything is safe. He also helped me learn how to use my new thermostat. Great tech I would recommend him to anyone.

I installed two new thermostats myself, and after set up my dehumidifier wasn’t working as I expected. Even though I was on the right path, the original install by the builder didn’t quite make sense. Christopher English did an excellent job during our AC service visit. He thoroughly troubleshot my dehumidifier setup, traced the wiring, and clearly explained how the dehumidification system works. He also pointed out that the original installation by the home builder wasn’t set up properly, which helped me better understand the limitations of my current system. I especially appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell anything—he simply provided honest feedback and explained how the setup could be improved to reach the dehumidifier’s full potential. Professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward service.

Nothing but praise for BVS! We purchased our unit about a year ago and BVS called this morning to schedule a check-up of our system. They kept in close contact to let us know when our tech, Fred, would arrive. He was right on time and performed a very thorough review of our system, and was an absolute delight to visit with while he worked. Company is great. Owner Chris is a really nice guy and they were able to match competitors pricing all while getting it done the next day. Jose installed it and did a great job and Jeremy came out a couple days later to install a flood switch and he was awesome to work with too. Called Chris at 4 A/C and Heating LLC, because of the grinding noise coming out of the unit; told me to turn off unit. He got here within the hour, didn’t hear any noise. Checked the outside unit/ attic- didn’t find anything. He didn’t charge me even he had to come over our address while raining. Give this company a call the next time you have problems with your HVAC- you won’t regret you did. Thank you!!!

Incredible customer service from Chris and his team! They responded to my initial call immediately and showed up in less than 24 hours with a brand new AC unit ready to install. Not only did they save me $500 compared to another quote, but they also got the job done 72 hours faster than the other company we were considering. Truly above and beyond—highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company! I made an appointment in the late afternoon and they were able to come out, same day, within two hours! Awesome! The technician quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and had several recommendations. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and was grateful for options that fit our budget last minute! The technician was quick and efficient, with great interpersonal skills. We had another issue and Chris the owner came out to work on it. I called the office number Sunday afternoon and Chris said he would be out on Monday to assess the problem and fix it. After another HVAC technician leaving us high and dry in the middle of the summer with an 85degree house, I took a quick search to Google and found 4C AC & Heating Repair. After seeing the 800+ 5 star reviews I decided to call for a diagnostic. Chris (owner), Jack and the whole install team were great! I called Friday and by Saturday afternoon, our problem was solved and the AC was back! They were super professional, accommodating and knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining the issue and what our options were. I would recommend them to anyone in the HTX area! Thanks again!
