For the first time I feel like I’m in great hands after so many bad experiences with AC service and repair companies. This one I would highly recommend! Jack has been absolutely amazing. He doesn’t only do the work that needs to be done, he documents, communicate, and educates you on everything. Needed a job to be relooked at they sent the same person right out immediately without delay. Very professional and great customer service, rare to find these days! Definitely will be using in the future for all my HVAC needs. Thank you for the peace of mind Jack and for being honest! I told Jack what I don’t see God sees! Lol

4c came in and saved the day. After a power surge took out our ac, we reached out to the original install company. After having no ac for 3 days because the install company couldn’t get anyone to fix it, we called 4c and it was fixed the same day! Professional. Knowledgeable. Amazing service. Huge thanks to Jack for getting us back to a cool house!

Jack Graziani was at my home for almost 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable and kind explaining everything that ge was doing and adding suggestions of how I could help my A/C run better. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend him- I asked him for a few of his cards. This was an overall very good experience.

Excellent work and above and beyond service from 4C A/C & Heating! We found these guys last year after our old AC company couldn’t diagnose and fix a problem in our other house. We were so pleased we kept them when we moved to our new house and each time they come they impress us so much with their professionalism and their great customer service. Jeremy was our technician this time and he really went above and beyond with figuring out the issue and then doing maintenance. We got a chance to talk for a minute and he is such a neat person! I highly recommend 4C A/C & Heating!

4c ac is amazing we had a leak in our game room so I called them around 2:30 the technician was at my house before 4. Jack came on diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within minutes. I appreciate them so much. Would recommend to anyone needing service. They've got a customer for life now..

Highly recommend. Came out quickly to address concerns that I have about another companies HVAC work. Very thorough, explained everything in great detail, and didn’t rush. This will be who we use going forward (after the other company fixes their mistakes) and we will be joining the Comfort Club soon. Thanks again!

Scheduled quickly when our AC wasn't cooling.
Techinician arrived on time, quickly identified the issue and even offered some great tips for narrowing down causes for AC not cooling.

The service was fast and time. Jorge was very nice and upfront on the repair costs of the bad circuit board which was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for any HVAC repairs I need.

Awesome customer service, quick response. Had a technician to me by 9:45am the very next day. Technician got the problem fixed within 15 minutes! The technician, Jorge was so friendly and knowledgeable too. This is a great company!

My first floor HVAC unit wasn't working properly due to a faulty air handler blower motor. I called 4C AC first thing in the morning and they were able to send a tech shortly before 11 am. Jorge diagnosed the problem quickly and had a replacement motor stocked on his truck. He completed diagnosis and repairs in less than an hour at a reasonable price, and my family and I are back in business with heating and cooling our first floor. Highly recommend!

Great service! Called with HVAC issue and appointment was scheduled for next day service. Tech arrived promptly and was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience with this company. We'll be using 4C for all our HVAC needs moving forward!
