I had a compressor fan motor go out so I called 4C because they also installed the entire system and I was impressed with their installation service. They were able to come out about 1hr later (on a Sunday) and replace the motor. The motor was under warranty but not the labor so they replaced the part for free and the labor was $550 plus the Sunday service call of $150. So a couple hours after initially calling them the house was already cooling down 🙂

These guys are awesome. I had a worst case scenario of 2 AC units over 25yrs old hanging on by a thread. I had already had a handful of repairs attempted with no luck. The owner of this company understood my position of needing quality work. Quickness and cost was not my priority. They showed up the next day ready to go and removed and reinstalled 2 complete indoor/outdoor units in the middle of the summer. SUPER fast, very nice, excellent pricing, great communication, Bing, Bang, Boom. Great to do business with. I'll never call anyone else for help, and will recommend this company forever in a lifetime. If your on the fence of who to trust and where to put your money, this is it.

We've used 4C AC & Heating Repair multiple times now - for AC tune-ups, a prior AC repair, and most recently for issues with both of our furnace units - and they have been consistently excellent. This visit, Jake promptly diagnosed a faulty sensor on our downstairs unit and a bad blower motor on the upstairs unit (which they replaced under warranty). They were professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonable, and took the time to explain everything clearly with no upselling. Their communication is outstanding, especially with updates on when the tech will arrive, which we really appreciate. Both systems are now running perfectly. It's hard to find an HVAC company that's reliable and honest, and 4C has earned our trust. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them going forward.

They showed up on time to install 2 new AC's, worked hard the entire day, clearly knew what they were doing, and took pride in doing the work the right way. Chris, the owner, is straight shooting and fair, and Jack, who came out to do the estimate and then worked on the install, is a salt of the earth young man who was great at explaining options and answering questions before and during job. Jorge truly saved the day! After a power surge during last night’s storm, our heating system stopped working. We called another company first and were quoted an outrageous price to fix the issue. Jorge came out, carefully assessed the problem, and had it fixed in no time. He was honest, knowledgeable, and saved us hundreds—possibly even thousands—of dollars. We’re incredibly grateful for his help and professionalism. He’s earned a customer for life!

Everyone at 4C AC was absolutely wonderful! Jack came out, gave us a thorough inspection & showed us everything that had issues & what was not an issue that other company had told us was wrong. He explained all that we would need to fix our issues & only what would need to be done. The pricing was very reasonable & much cheaper than prior quote from different company. They came the next morning (Chris, Greg & Brian), & they were professional & worked as a team to get all of our work done on time. The work they did was exectional & now our entire system is working perfect & completely clean. OMGEEEZ Christina & Chris from 4C AC are the most amazing, friendly, honest & nicest people we've met in the AC business. So amazing that we are considering on letting them service our rent houses as well. Although we have to wait for a part for our AC so we will have faith and prayer like Chis said that our heater continues working until the part arrives. Doesn't help my stress level with the freeze and all but we will survive. We can't say enough about them & I just googled and started calling and found them.
