Christopher arrived on time. Got my A/C working and gave me quotes for getting my system up to date. Called at 3am and system was working again by noon! Wish I could leave another star. Thank you Karen, the owner, for getting things arranged so quickly. Would definitely recommend!!

Trent is very professional and takes his time to ensure the job is done right. he make sure to check the unit after he replaced the parts to ensure the unit was in proper working condition. He’s a great young man with a good Work ethic would recommend him and BVS to anyone in need of Ac work.

I have had a run of rough interactions with contractors…but Vu turned things around. He was extremely professional, explained the situation for me, shared his solution, and got the work done quick. Oh and he was on-time and coordinated everything beforehand. A truly elite experience and my family is incredibly thankful to have AC in the house again.

Update 12/2021: Mazdak just did the fall service and once again BVS communicated, managed and owned the appt. Full report with recommendations upon completion and done until 2022. BVS, not the cheapest, just the best.
My last review of BVS was 8 years ago in a different home. 8 years later nothing has changed and it just gets better. I have a new home and the aged HVAC was starting to fail. Home Warranty company came out more than once and each time the service was mediocre at best. BVS has always done my annual services and Mazdak was scheduled for Monday. The heat was not working. When Mazdak arrived he found a very serious problem upstairs that could have resulted in a fire. He was explaining some options when I suggested that we just rip it all out and do it right. ZERO regrets on this decision.
The same team that worked at my home 8 years ago is the same team that came out and put in a new 2 stage high efficiency system. These guys have been with BVS for 10+ years and they brought that experience into my home and 9 or so hours later life is good. From start to finish the process of determining what to install, how to install, to add additional return air and why.... Mazdak could have upsold a lot of items had he tried but it was all fair, upfront and in my best interest as he helped me understand system differences and what would be the most cost effective and best investment for me. This is a long review because there are not many companies locally that I trust at the level I trust BVS. I tell anyone that BVS is not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive BUT I trust them with anything and know that they are there from beginning to end. Peace of mind is priceless.

Vu always has a smile on his face and does outstanding customer service. Kudos to BVS! Another satisfied customer!

Christopher and his team where awesome. I knew it was time to replace the unit and ducting. They acted fast professional, didn't push me gave a fair price. My installation crew was even better. Jorge and Nico, they got hear at 8:30am and didn't stop til the job was done at 7:45 pm. They did an awesome job BIG difference in the house. Upgrade on the ducting made a big difference on how cool it is in our home. I so very much recommend BVS !! Also a shout out to Theresa in the office for all her help.
