4/27/20 I had a 25 year old system that needed replacing. I wanted to go up on the size of the unit. Initially I only wanted the outside unit, but after calling three different companies, I decided to replace the entire system. Chad came out in the window that was promised. He observed the social distancing rules and wore a mask and gloves. He asked what I wanted when the system was installed. I said I like it cold! Chad walked the rooms that this system was on and noted the old system was working at its maximum to keep rooms cool. He inspected system in attic and went to his truck to work out three different proposals, as per my request.
After he gave me the quotes he went back to his truck to give me and my wife time to review bid. After about 10 minutes he knocked on door to answer our questions. I was still waiting on bids so I did not make any arrangements to start. Chad respected my process and when I did agree several days later they were ready to install.

On install day Chad introduced me to his foreman and the rest of the crew. They were all wearing masks and gloves. They started around 9:30 and pulled the old system and installed the new system. The crew worked hard and efficiently. They put cloth walkways down to avoid scratching out floors. I took pictures throughout the process and they were not bothered by my random pictures! They finished the job about 4:00 pm.

The installed system and duct work delivered the requested cool comfort that a large man like me enjoys! My wife is not constantly cold, but that was expected! The whole house is cooling better now that this new system was installed.
I appreciate Chad and his team from Absolute Comfort. Chad has scheduled a date in mid May to check to see what adjustments might need to be made and to get our feedback.
I picked Absolute Comfort because I listen to Tom Tynan, but I was sold by their professionalism and promptness! As of today I highly recommend Chad and the Absolute Comfort team. They are not the lowest price but I felt the price was fair for the work completed.

Rudy did a great job of evaluating our misbehaving thermostat- and got us a new replacement under our warranty - no charge! Appreciated the great service during Holiday time!

Tim Franks was honest and very knowledgeable about everything he and his team did a very good job in installing all new ductwork even the installers were very friendly and knowledgeable

Efrim was very professional and detailed in his insight into my unit in a way I can understand. He didn’t put pressure on me to buy something but kindly let me know where my old unit is at and what they offer when I ever decide to replace. Definitely recommend!

Great work, was able to answer my questions and educate me on the new UV Bulb System. Polite and courteous worker. Will be good if same technician is assigned again for next early regular maintenance servicing.

Jefferson performed a thorough review and provided options without pressure. He provided pictures and drawings to aid in my understanding of the situation; his expertise was evident in his explanation and answers.

This company put a property. I manage through the ringer. They wasted two weeks of our time. Then how the audacity to quote me astronomically on a new heating system with only one brand that they pushed. They bought space heaters for my clients to have because they were unable to fix the system and had the audacity to run out and grab them before the other heater was installed by the other company. When I specifically asked them to give us another day. What a horrible experience. This has been.

Efrim came out to diagnose our system that was not cooling properly. We ended replacing the system and the original ductwork from the 60’s when the house was built. He explained everything well and I feel like we received a fair price. The install process went great and Efrim even stopped by during the install to make sure everything was going well and followed up again the next morning. I can definitely recommend working with Efrim and Air Tech of Katy.

We had issues with a clogged drain in our bathroom and called airtech of Katy for help. Allen Tiller is the name of our technician and he was kind, thorough and very helpful explaining the problem and how to prevent it in the future. It was overall a great experience!

We recently contacted Air Tech because they were highly recommended. We are having issues with our furnace. We attempted to call back to schedule an appointment for repairs. We have gotten the ring around since. The tech came out and stated he would be back the following Monday because it was a Friday when we attempted a warranty request for parts. We have yet to hear back from anyone. Now I am wondering if they did our warranty request at all.

Great experience with air tech team.. very polite and professional.. very thorough in eddexplaining, making it easy to understand what needs to be done . Highly recommend calling Air Tech Of Katy for any of your AC repair or service needs.. i thought there were very fast in responding.

We called Air Tech on Saturday & they had some out Sunday at the time we requested. Edgar went over everything thing thoroughly & helped us make an informed decision. Salvador & his crew were out Monday morning. They we were super early which was great! Their work was very professional & courteous. When they finished they reviewed everything and made sure if we had any issues we knew how to reach them. They were clean - they cleaned up and took all the trash with them and didn’t leave it behind. Overall, we were very pleased with the job they did!

Manual was very thorough and explain things to where I could understand what the problem is with my ductwork and the blower. He also took some great pictures and showed me which was a big help..
