Austin Prihoda definitely provided a level of service that was friendly, professional, and consistent with the rating that I previously read from other customers. Austin did a great job. On time, communicative, and u covered an issue I wasn't aware of. At the same time he was able to figure out other issue solutions and come with a plan. Pricing is fair, and they are willing to work out a good plan of attack for our aging HVac . I'm very pleased and signed up for yearly maintenance as well.

On the day before Christmas Eve, our heating system stopped working. It was 18 degrees outside.I contacted Eddie's friendly dispatcher, and Ishmael Sanchez came to analyze the problem. By the next afternoon, we had a new working system. Ishmael & Mike saved Christmas for my family. Super fast, knowledgeable, friendly, with full cleanup. I would highly recommend. 👍

Travis was our technician & was great about taking his time to explain what was causing the problem why our AC wasn’t cooling efficiently & proposal to fix it. I did not shop around but their prices seemed fair for the amount of work completed. I will be calling them again in the future.

Almost a five star. Gonna say 4.5. Team was knowledgeable and fixed problem quickly when they arrived. Only bad thing was originally dispatch forgot my appointment and I had to reach out to them. But they had technicians come by the same evening to resolve issue so all in all great service

Eddies air conditioning and heating showed up when they said they would gave us a great deal with warranty .They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Eddie and his wife were very Nice and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.

If you are looking for excellent customer service, I would recommend you calling Eddie's Heating and AC! They have done amazing repairs to my AC units as well as put in a new water heater a couple of months ago, awesome job!

Cant say enough positive things about this company. My AC went out and I got a couple quotes and when Eddie looked at them he told me exactly how the other companies were trying to rip me off and told me exactly how it should be fixed. Came in the next changed the part for a very reasonable price and now everything is working correctly. Highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Has an AC compressor explode on a hot Saturday afternoon. Called and they came within 60 minutes. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the faulty capacity which had exploded. Got things back up and running quickly, tested others parts of the system to ensure it was running properly. Fair prices and good customer service from both the call line and tech, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
