I live in Sugar Land, TX. My furnace went out this week and I called Eddie’s (I had used them last year for some AC problems I had and remembered they were great). Service tech (Erik) came the next day, yesterday, and diagnosed the problem and this morning two young men came and did the install work (Daniel and Israel). All three gentlemen represented their company extremely well and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Very impressive! Would highly recommend!

Great experience working with this company. I had another company quote me.for a whole new furnace, while all I needed was a couple parts replaced. Eddie’s saved me thousands. Highly recommend.

One of our units were going out on us and we needed to have it replaced and we called around and got a few different quotes and Eddie gave us the best one. He had his guys come out the next day and they did a great job. We have a tight staircase and they had to go into the attic and they had no issues moving the old unit out and bringing up the new one. I couldn’t recommend Eddie and his team enough. I’d also like to add we had our carpet replaced a few months ago upstairs and I was worried about them possibly getting it messed up and dirty but they put plastic down which I really appreciated. Very quick response time and did a fantastic job. We have a second one that will need to be replaced eventually and we will be using Eddie again.

I’ve called Eddie’s twice over the last few years, and I will be calling them whenever needs come up. Their tech Travis came by today and was the picture of professionalism, respect, kindness and technical expertise. I appreciated him going a step beyond with transparency and education, showing me all of his readings, explaining the changes observed to my system since their previous visit, manufacturer recommendations, and made it easy for me to decide on a repair. They replaced two sets of ac systems for us. This time coming out to see what was wrong late Friday afternoon and will be here today to install. Very happy with the entire process - including how well the initial call in was handled - and our tech Daniel is excellent!

Update, we had an issue with ac. Call back was well handled on a Sunday. Tech came and checked all parts of the system. Problem was in the thermostat so a quick install and we have been great since. Highly recommend Eddie’s!

Would highly recommend! Had a great experience with Eric today. We were having some air conditioning issues and we also needed an evaluation to have an HVAC installed in an equipment room that we have.

Eric came when he was designated to come and was friendly and professional. He was able to give us a no nonsense plan and was able to do the work the same day. Prices seemed very reasonable as well.

Despite the considerable distance from Katy, TX to our location in Houston, Eddie's Heating & Air Conditioning made the journey without hesitation. He accurately diagnosed the specific problem, provided valuable maintenance tips, and efficiently resolved the issue without attempting to upsell unnecessary services.

The fairness of the pricing was evident, considering the distance traveled and the promptness of service. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a discount as a military veteran, a gesture that Erik extended without us even needing to inquire. His recognition of our military service added an extra layer of appreciation to the experience.

James was very polite and professional. I called for air conditioning tuneup but was booked up for 2 weeks. Had someone in the area that day and made time to get a tuneup on my air conditioner. Thank you James

Eddie had the best price BY FAR. He has a much lower overhead than the large companies. His employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Someone always answered the phone when I called and had the answers. Very good company to do business with. If you pick Eddie for your AC, you won't be disappointed.

I contacted Eddie's air conditioning service on Thursday to get my annual maintenance done. I spoke with Eddie directly and he told me he could have somebody out the following day. The technician that showed was Eric and he did an exceptional job, very efficient and professional he didn't have a maintenance tool on the truck at the time and he came back on Saturday at no additional charge just to make sure I received the annual service I needed. Outstanding job and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Eddie's Heating and Air is an awesome company! The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. They will tell you exactly what the issue is and what it will take to resolve the issue. I called multiple companies for quotes to have my evaporator coil replaced, and Eddie (The owner) called me back directly, and gave me the BEST price of them all! He was the most affordable. Just a great, nice, and "Honest" guy! Very easy to talk to. He takes his time to diagnose the problem, and walk you through things step by step, so you understand. They came in, did the job the same day, and my home was nice a cool afterwards. I also had an additional "Emergency" situation regarding my unit months later. I called Eddie directly, and he had a service tech come out less than an hour later to fix my problem! A total life saver! I highly recommend Eddie's Heating and Air Conditioning if you are looking for a great professional company to service your home! You won't regret it!

Eddie, Erik, and his entire team were very professional and efficient with replacing my 2 AC units & evaporator coils! They worked diligently (no dings), going in and out the house to the attic and to the outside condenser. When they were done, the work areas were left very clean - nothing a quick vacuum couldn't pick up. Their cost was competitive as they came in the middle out of my other 2 quotes. I am highly satisfied with their workmanship. I would definitely recommend Eddie's!

DO NOT get the service plan, once he has your money he becomes impossible to get ahold of.

I purchased a Carrier 2 ton AC and furnace from Eddies in May of 2024. The installation went well. I was pleased with the performance of the AC. I also purchased a Bi Annual Maintenance and Tune up Agreement from Eddies for the new 2 ton Carrier unit, which also included my other 2 existing AC units, a 4 ton Carrier AC, and a 3 ton Armstrong AC. I paid $507 for this one year contract covering the 3 AC units on October 17, 2024. I have called Eddies continuously over the last 3 weeks attempting to schedule a tune up . Eddie has not returned any calls to me . The contract expires on October 17, 2025. So I am out $507 . I hate writing negative reviews. I have actually never written one. But Eddie deserves a bad review . He could have at least returned a call to me and explained why he was unable to live up to the contract. Wish I could post a no star review.

We’ve had them come to our home before, and had a good experience, but trying to schedule them to come back out has been nearly impossible with the new AI assistant, Sofia. I’ve called and texted multiple times requesting someone contact me to schedule AC/ Heating and water heater maintenance but have yet to hear back. She mostly tried to sell me on the annual service plan, which is fine. I initially reached out November 6 and followed up November 10, 15 and again on the 21st with no success.
