Erik from Eddie’s was always communicative and responsive. He came on time, and was very considerate while doing maintenance on our HVAC system. Polite and respectful, Erik also did a great job taking care of a few issues we had with the system. Highly recommended and fair value!

Edsel and Ishmael did an amazing job replacing my ac/heater unit today. They showed up on time, replaced my unit, cleaned up afterwards and were professional & courteous. If I ever have a problem they'll be my first call. I highly recommend this company.

Sunday evening before Memorial Day the A/C went out. Earlier in the day, the drain line clogged and we were able to fix with a personal wet/dry vac. As the day went on, the humidity and warmth in the house started climbing. When it was realized, it was getting early into the evening. Went on Google and found Eddie's Heat and Air with positive reviews. Called and spoke with Eddie over the phone and he took time to talk through a few troubleshoot options even though we were not a regular customer. As the trials did not fix the AC we asked for a technician to come out as an emergency/after hours need. Technician arrived within 45 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. He then checked the full system and advised of a potential issue that may arise in the future but not an emergency problem at that time. With the phone assistance, responsiveness and thoroughness we will gladly call again for maintenance and any AC needs.

Erik was amazing and answered all my questions. I had six companies come out to bid for my project to install a second AC unit in my residence after converting a garage to a bedroom. No one could come close to the understanding of my need and the pricing was phenomenal. I will never consider using another company and will recommend to everyone I know. Truly the best AC company out there.

Eric came and worked around my schedule . He came to the house, covered his shoes and did the magic. He troubleshooted very closely until he knew the problem with no shortcuts. He made sure he didn’t just want to change the parts to fix my heater , he wanted to make he did his job right 100%. Great experience and will always trust this quality work and professionalism. I called Eddie's at 3:30 in the afternoon, and they had their technician's to my house the next morning by 8:30 AM. Inspected the system, offered good guidance and assistance on repair vs. replace, and had the entire job (replace) completed in the same day. Couldn't ask for better service or more experienced employees to get the work completed than what was provided by Daniel and Ismail, If I remember their names correctly. Highly recommend this company and their service offerings.

Eddie's continues to provide excellent service for our HVAC needs. We had some deferred maintenance repairs done. Technician was on time, friendly, professional, and showed pictures of the work and explained all aspects. We will definitely continue utilizing Eddie's.

I called Eddie's Heating & Air Conditioning after meeting with one of its competitors. I told the competitor the same thing I told James when I called Eddie's. I wanted to meet with someone in the company to discuss installing new HVAC systems in several of our rental properties.

At the competitor, I met with the Operations Manager. But when I started asking questions about air conditioners, he told me he was on the plumbing side of the business. That was no help, so when I spotted Eddie's on the Internet, I gave them a call.

Eddie came to my house to meet with me because I also wanted someone to check one of our air conditioners that wasn't working as it should. He checked the air conditioner and then gave me an education about air conditioners.

The builder installed the cheapest Builder-Grade air conditioner that Carrier makes, he told me. It only has a five year warranty, and after 11 years, it is failing. In fact, it was frozen.

Eddie still recommended carrier air conditioners, but he told me about its mid-range systems called Promise, which come with ten year warranties. He told me the prices of the size of the systems I needed, and it was as good as the prices of the off-brands I had been looking at.

I learned that Eddie built and then sold an HVAC company. I learned that he is certified at the highest level by Carrier, and when other Carrier dealers have problems, Carrier sends them to Eddie for help.

Eddie is now building another HVAC company, and so far, Eddie's has installed a replacement HVAC system at my house and at three of our rental properties.

If you are looking for help with your HVAC system, I recommend that you call Eddie's for the help you need.

When our AC went out on a Sunday evening, Eddie's was able to come out first thing the next morning. The repair was quick and inexpensive, and we were so pleased with the service that we asked for a quote for some ductwork and other issues with our system. We'd been given multiple quotes for the project, and Eddie's was the lowest of the bunch -- and they also proved that another company we'd used for years had exaggerated the extent of some moisture damage, and the actual work needed was less extensive than we'd thought.

They came to do the entire job just 2 days later, and when they discovered that one of the plenums they intended to replace was actually perfect as it was, they took the new one back and the total ended up being even lower than expected. The service crew was friendly and professional, and we're so thankful to have the project checked off our list!

This company was a life saver. I called them back in July in a must need AC check and potentially repair/replace. I called on a Thursday wishing and crossing my fingers they could come out same day. They could come after hours but at an extra cost. I decided to wait for the next day. Erica, the receptionist, told me she would see if someone could come out the same day. They made it happen. Someone was able to come out that day and determine that I needed a new system.
I was scheduled for a replacement for Monday, then they called me and said they would have to come out Tuesday. Knowing I didn't have AC, they made it work and came out Monday. Thank goodness.
Erica was so sweet, personable, and honestly that made the whole process bareable. First impressions are golden and I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to reach out to them. They didn't try to pressure us in anything, helped with financing, and making us feel very comfortable and blessed.
I simply went online and found them and found they had great reviews. They are a local company and I loved that. Definitely great to give back to the community. Great company! I called early in the morning and they were able to come right out and address our AC issues. The technician explained everything in detail to me and broke down the pricing so that we understood everything. I would definitely recommend this company. They are great!

Eddie's is a first class operation! We had our AC unit go out and he was extremely quick to reply with a quote, options, and called immediately to discuss (on a Friday night). He had his guys at the house first thing Monday morning to begin demo and installation.

Eddie's crew (Daniel, Ishmael, Eric and a 4th gentleman whose name I didn't catch) were outstanding. They completed the install of the new condenser, coil, and furnace in a day. They then came back to install upgraded duct work and a new thermostat. The crew was extremely professional, competent, efficient, and friendly. Eddie was prompt to follow up and ask how they performed, and they walked me through everything they had done before collecting payment and leaving the property.

We will definitely be calling Eddie's again in the future for spring and fall check-ups and any maintenance needs we have.

Worked with Eddie’s heating and air on replacing our evaporator coil. Quoted price was competitive and components installed were superior to other bids. Eddie was able to get us in the queue quickly and provided warranty information for components and labor in a timely manner. Will be working with Eddie in the future.

I received quotes from 11 different companies and Eddie’s was the most professional, prompt and offered the best value for a Carrier system. The guys showed up on time, removed and installed the new system quickly, cleaned up behind themselves and very polite. I will be using them for sure when I replace my next system. This is the worst company is Houston. You think about what the worst company in America’s Eddie Heating is at the front. This business poor less qualities everything that go at successful business at like commutation, planning, ordering parts and integrity.

My heat has been off for a week out.!Eddie heating lie and told me they ordered the parts. They scheduled an appointment to install inducer motor. They never honored the appointment. Had to go the weekend with no heat. On that Monday they claimed they order the part but somehow the part got lost. They scheduled appointment for the next day.

Eddie heating came on Monday but never show at house and lie about the part and came to the appointment and they still didn’t order all the right parts. They had to go to the part shop again to get part to fix my furnace. They returned to my house and still couldn’t fix my issues with my furnace. Again they needed parts and wanted me to stay to 11:00pm

If you need problems with your furnace or A/C. Don’t call Eddie Heating!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke with personally and Eddie is person just out to get your money. His business is the worst is Houston. I feel sorry for his employees because he bad person. Please don’t use this business service. You will be very disappointed and they didn’t fix the problem.

We had an emergency situation and Eddie answered the phone and quickly got a technician out to us at a reasonable price. even after hours they were willing to help our family with a clogged drain that was leaking through the attic. As a new mom I was frantic about the potential of my baby overheating without the AC running but it was fixed within the hour and we are so thankful! Our technician Erik was courteous, prompt and professional. We highly recommend this company for those in the Katy area.
